Nunca habÃa usado estas cuerdas y la verdad hasta ahorita me impresionaron mucho, muy bien construidas y un tono muy brillante, tengo una semana usándolas y el brillo se ha mantenido, actualizare esto dependiendo de cómo se comporten en las próximas semanas.
En cuanto al transporte:
Llego antes de lo planeado pero la caja venÃa rota, a pesar de eso no hubo ningún paquete dañado, recomendarÃa al vendedor un mejor embalaje para evitar futuros daños en el producto.

I use GHS Boomers on all my electrics… including bass guitars. There are other good brands for sure, but these suit my style best. They ring nicely when fresh and properly maintained, and will remain true to their original (new) sound for many weeks. Boomers are durable as well: I have broken very few strings over the many decades I’ve been playing… and those were always hardware/component issues.
Buying them in a bulk pack sweetens the deal. Hard to find any electric guitar strings much less expensive than this and the low cost options are scary/bad (I only use cheapos as throw away’s on brand new builds to get my initial alignments, otherwise they should never be used… not ever!).

Ok so I’m usually playing bass, and I was asked to fill in on lead guitar. Not my norm but did it well IMHO. Anyways, I’m accustomed to running 9s on my electric, and 10s for my acoustic. I took a chance on 10.5s because I was in a pinch, i.e. while practicing a few days before the event, my strings broke and local stores were out. I’m glad I did. Love their brightness as thar was what was needed for our set list on the lead solos. These sustain very nicely even when added to a reverb pedal, comfortable to play and don’t knife edge my fingers much. Like I said, I use 10s on my acoustic. I fitted my squire strat with them, tuned up, did the trick. Great strings for the price, I’ll even put them up against ddardios that I usually use, as all my other guitars are fitted with. Time will tell how long they last, as I stated before, I’m usually on bass. None the less, great set of strings, sound good, feel good and didn’t burn a hole on my wallet.

So I have been using primarily D’Addario strings for the last 5 years and used Dean Markley for around 25 years before that. The other day I had my guitar set up by a friend and I forgot to order strings. He put GHS Boomers 9-42’s on my Les Paul to my dismay but it was what it was and they felt pretty good so I was fine with it. When I got home and plugged it in I couldn’t believe the difference in sustain, over all level and warm/bright extremely friendly sound I was getting from these strings.
I’m old and set in my ways and really don’t like changing what works but damnit man, these are some great strings for the price. I recently ordered two more sets for my Tele and Peavey. Haven’t strung up the Tele yet but my Peavey sounds just as good to me as the LP did. Will definitely be using these going forward and may try the Nickel Rockers. Unless they don’t stand up to the abuse I put them through, (bending) over time, these are my new “Go To” brand.

Love GHS Boomers. Crisp, stay in tune, stay fresh sounding longer than most others, seem impervious to breaks compared to the usual suspects, and the price always seems bang on. Couldn’t find 9.5 at my LMS so ordered through Amazon. Pricing was decent. Have seen for less on eBay, but the strings are what matters and these never disappoint.

Boomers saw me through my late 70s Cali rock , 80s hair metal, blues, 90s new wave eras. Both on Les Pauls and Telecasters. I’m not real picky about brands. Just feel and sound. I user their 0.10s on LPs. 9.5s on Telecasters.
Ernie Ball is OK and I’ve subbed other reputable brands on occasion, but invariably this is the brand I stock and reorder. I’m in my country band era now and Boomers are still just right. They give me that crisp, toothy grip I like to feel and hear while the other frequencies are punchy and present.
I haven’t broken a string onstage for 30 years. I change strings at 3-4 weeks. 95 % of the time I’m using Boomers.
I’ve tried coated, copper splattered, zero oxygen, silver infused, dream catcher breakthrough strings, and while most live up to durability claims, the consistency and feel of Boomers are still my choice for the price. I don’t mind changing strings more often. No matter what the package says, I can’t trust strings over 4 weeks old.
