I’m truly impressed by the FIFINE Dynamic Microphone. As an audio enthusiast and an avid podcaster, I am always on the lookout for high-quality equipment that can deliver excellent sound, and this microphone has exceeded my expectations.

 I don’t know much about audio. I am a very small streamer and I primarily use budget / affordable tech. All of this is personal conjecture based off of how things sound to me.

I snagged the K688 after some deliberation- I currently use the Fifine A8, which is an OK mic- however it’s a condenser mic and tends to pick up on a lot of my room’s background noise pretty heavily so I was attempting to get a mic that would work better in a room that isn’t treated for audio, and that still had a USB connection because I don’t currently have the set-up for XLR.

It was a toss up between getting the K688 or snagging the AM8, and I ended up deciding on K688, however I think that’s a mistake.

I like the way the mic feels, it’s lightweight which some people may dislike. but the material quality feels sturdy and the cover for the mic is nice and soft.

The sounds is where I have issues. I have a generally higher register voice, and while I think the K688 would be good at bringing out lower register tones for masculine voices, it makes my voice sound pretty muffled in comparison to the A8.

I didn’t think it sounded *bad* but it didn’t suit my voice and my friends, in comparison to the A8, said they actively hated it.

It did what I wanted it to and helped minimise background noise, however it didn’t exactly produce the sound that I wanted.

By no means do I think it’s a bad product, I just don’t think it’s the product for me!

A respeito do microfone K688 da Fifine, a qualidade do áudio, a estética/design excepcional, a facilidade na instalação e a excelente compatibilidade com diversos suportes de microfone, softwares e dispositivos em geral me surpreendeu positivamente.

Por outro lado, senti que o microfone possui um áudio mais abafado, bem baixo (mesmo falando muito perto) e com uma quantidade relevante de ruído (mais do que eu esperava para um microfone dinâmico). Porém, esses pontos negativos são resolvidos facilmente com algumas ferramentas de tratamento de áudio.

O áudio, principalmente após o tratamento no Equaializer, Sony Vegas, Premiere, Audacity, OBS ou outros softwares, é verdadeiramente surpreendente…

Vale lembrar que eu estou utilizando ele atualmente da pior maneira possível, isso é, no cabo USB, num PC antigo, numa sala sem tratamento acústico e sem mesa de som ou interface de áudio. Ou seja, quem tiver periféricos melhores e um ambiente mais preparado, vai conseguir extrair um áudio ainda mais excepcional do que eu consigo atualmente.

Concluído: Considerando o PREÇO e CATEGORIA, é um microfone 10/10, sem dúvidas. Eu dúvido alguém comprar e se arrepender, ainda mais considerando que microfones realmente melhores do que esse, acredito que só a partir de uns 1000 reais ou mais.

PS: Por algum motivo o microfone foi enviado diretamente do Brasil, apesar de ser um anúncio internacional. Nesse sentido, não fui taxado e a entrega foi em aproximadamente 7 dias.
