AWB –
Overall, after just over a week of use the phone seems to be solid and does a good job in many areas. It has very good reviews so hopefully they are accurate and justified. The phone came with MIUI operating system which is a version of Android with a number of twists. I am quite familiar with Android having had used phones that operated on 9, 11, 13. As well have 2 tablets that run Android 13.
Initial basic setup went well once could read the instructions that were quite washed out for old eyes. However getting into personal set ups was another story. Some Android 13 type processes worked and others did not. Thus a learning curve on the MIUI operating system, which some reviewers warned about. A few days into setting up and learning about phone the operating system changed to Android 14 which became even more confusing. The Android 14 version on this phone does not follow the layout that was Android 13. So now some more learning.
SD Storage
256 GB SD card was installed. Very frustrating! Initial setup took more than a few tries. Once in place it took considerable time and exploration to sort out how to access SD car. Once able to access, only three main categories were able to be exported to SD card. Programs and/or apps that do not fit these programs cannot be moved or at least have not found out how to do that feature, In comparison to Android 13 devices, this process is straight forward and works very well.
Support
Have tried to access support through 3 different techniques. To date no reply. This is the scary part. Access to good support on a product is very important as I see it. So far that is sadly lacking.
Charger
The 67 watt fast charger is a weird setup. Likely that is so it can be utilized in various parts of the world which is not set up like North America. I can live with that only it is very finicky and needs to be wiggled from time to time to be able to charge. It appears that prongs do not necessarily make contact. It it make contact it does recharge the phone very rapidly. However need to keep checking on phone to see that it is charging. I have included a pictures of the charger.
This phone replaces a Motorola Moto G7 which lasted just short of 5 years and did a great job. The Xiaomi Redmi 13 had some better specs and reviews than the present available Motorola Moto phones so went with this one. At this time sure the Redmi 13 was a good decision. Only time will tell.

Best choice ever, after contemplating about which phone to buy, I am very happy with the product, good quality and am satisfied because it was delivered before the expected date. Photo quality is spot on, 67W battery charge is super, however phone gets hot when using the charger, So I prefer to use it when in a rush to go, otherwise I choose to use the normal charger adapters still does the same job. I mainly use it for work, taking calls and taking site construction photos. Bought a new cover Dexnor case protector so I should not worry about dropping it, the supplied cover is ok but not for me. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a affordable android phone, you can never go wrong with this device.

Bastante rรกpido, funcionalidad mejor de lo que esperaba. No tuve problemas con la instalaciรณn y configuraciรณn del chip. Todo marcha bien hasta el momento de la reseรฑa.
Un poco pesado donde estรกn las cรกmaras, solo asegurarse de comprar un buen soporte para el coche.

Very happy with this phone, was an affordable upgrade from my A12, very fast and reactive with lots of storage space for my personal use. Battery could be better but does last me I’d say the entire day while listening to music for about 2-3h. The charger it comes with is very nice as well.
