this 54 yo woman is unable to hold an expensive piece of tech without dropping it at least once a day. I have used Zagg glass for years and they hold up and while they may crack when dropped for the millionth time, my iphone screen survives… and they have a lifetime guarantee, which of course I need to go sign up for right now!

Zagg quality control has gone down hill! I have used them for years with all of my electronics, but recently have had several issues which have required me submitting tickets to them. When this arrived, we noticed it had a cut out up top, but since the box said iPhone 14 Pro (see photo# 3), we figured they knew what they were doing. Well the joke is on us! The cut out blocks part of the camera, so any selfie photos have a bit of blurriness on them. I have attached photos of how it is on the phone (#2 photo) and how it is NOT a proper match to the phone. (#1 photo)
I emailed Zagg support, who told me since I bought it on Amazon I needed to deal with them. This was purchased from the “Zagg Store” within Amazon, so they basically blew me off. They did not answer the question of why the cut out does not fit or even if this was indeed the proper screen protector for the iPhone 14 Pro. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was a mistake, but after trying it out, it is clear this protector IS NOT for the iPhone 14 Pro!
I no longer recommend Zagg to friends. My iwatch screen protector has developed bubbles after less than 3 months and had bubbles when first installed too. (they did replace that one) Their quality control is not up to par and there are other products that will do the same thing and have better customer service! Look elsewhere, I know I will from now on!

I watched a video that showed how to install the shield using the alignment tool with the buttons, and the holes in the shield. That looked pretty cool. But when I pulled the indicated tab, the alignment sheet came off instead of the protective sheet. It would seem that the relative strength of the two adhesives was backward. If that had not happened I would have rated it with 5 stars.
Fortunately it was pretty easy to place the shield manually instead of with the alignment tools. The shield sucked down onto my phone screen very smoothly and evenly. A color change made it *very* easy to see where it was adhering. I had only a couple of small bubble areas that pressed out perfectly. *Much* easier to get a clean installation than other products I have used over the years, including Zagg.
The shield was slightly smaller than my screen, so I made sure to get the gaps equal on the sides and top and bottom. It turns out that gap accommodated the rim of my phone case very nicely. If the shield was bigger (exactly the size of the screen) the case edge might not have laid down smoothly.
I have had my iPhone 13 Pro for a couple of years. I had decided not to get a shield because the glass was said to be harder than previous models. Indeed, it has restricted scratching very well, but had accumulated a few tiny scratches near the top. The Zagg shield has made those scratches invisible when the screen is on – I can barely see them against the black background when the phone is off. They might be visible in apps in dark mode, but I doubt it. So that aspect accomplished what I wanted.

I continue to be impressed by this product. I have used Zagg for years on my iPhones and they have saved my screen a number of times, but this time really took the cake. My screen cover was already cracked from a previous drop, and, in a gravel parking lot, I dropped my phone screen down. It landed directly on a pointy rock. The screen protector shattered, and the impact site was totally white. When I removed the cover, my phone was completely unscathed! Needless to say, I ordered a replacement immediately. I absolutely recommend this product, especially given that a screen replacement is $100 at my local repair shop.

This product is better than a well known, popular brand of screen protectors in a number of ways. This protector was a lot easier to put on. Cleaning the glass was the same. The “device” utilized was simpler. Applying the protector was easier. I ended up with NO bubbles, unlike the other brand I tried first. I’m much happier with this screen protector in a number of ways. I highly recommend it!

Wow what a difference between the cheap knock offs and this one. I’ve never used anything but the $6-$15 screen protectors before and they did ok I guess except my screen would end up cracked. I got the iPhone 13 pro a month or two ago End it as always put a $12 screen protector on it. Well dropped it couple times an it was cracked so I took it off and the screen was crack to the phone so it is still under warranty and as everybody knows that apples warranty means “we will just give you a old refurbished phone for your brand new or only charge you 80% of what you paid for the phone (and that’s with Apple care). So I broke down and convinced my wife to let me try one a little more expensive with a trusted name, as hesitant as she was she said ok and we reviewed many we ordered this to one and from the minute I opened the package it was great. They have a video with step by step instructions (I’m sure everyone does now) the alignment tabs are GREAT.??I normally go through three just putting it on without dust under it or bubbles then have To take it off three or four times then it won’t stick so then I have to use another one. Cleaned the phone, dusted, followed the instructions and wow what a difference. It adhered on it own damn near and not one bubble. The clarity is damn near perfect , no smudging and it feels like it’s part of the phone. Excellent Product Zagg. And I more than happy to pay for shipping for a free replacment if or when needed.
