The clip-on holder is reversible, and holds securely to the body with moderate activity. I believe there are 3 sizes, and there are 3 sizes of rubber ear pieces (also detachable). I have had discussions lasting over 2 hours on rare occasions (unexpected) and finally the “battery low” sounded. I still got another 15 minutes at medium volume. I haven’t tried to find the absolute battery discharge time because I normally have short conversations and charge it maybe 2 time a month if that much. (I don’t use it all the time). This is the third one I have purchased, not counting the one for a gift, because the only problem I have with the Jabra Talk 25 Bluetooth is crushing them or losing them. I think if they were white or another color I would not leave them on the lip of the hatchback or drop them when I am unpacking a suitcase, or lose them in the spare tire well. Microphone delivers clear conversation TO whomever I talk to in any noisy enviroment I can hear FROM. Volume range is easily maxed out from what I can only assume it some legal departments recommendation to mitigat hearing loss. So volume does get loud, but not enough in some situations.

for an inexpensive headset, I had low expectations, but… this little headset is awesome. The sound is super clear (had complaints about previous headsets), it charges fast, stays well on my ear when using the plastic clip.
what amazed me was my phone was in the kitchen streaming TV, I was wearing this Jabra and went to the basement to get something, the signal never dropped.
In the more than a month since I had the headset, the battery had never died (I charge it every few days), despite often streaming and taking long calls.
I started to install the Jabra app, but after all the conditions and the apparent lack of benefit I decided to abandon. I won’t deduct a star since this review is about the headset which works fine without the Jabra app.
One negative – which is not unreasonable – is that the plastic earloop falls off easily if you throw it in a pocket with lots of other stuff. I usually keep it in my shirt pocket separate from everything else.
Overall, the sound quality is excellent, the price is cheap, it fits nicely, feels comfortable even for hours of streaming TV, great battery life and charges fast.

I am blown away by the sound on this tiny unit. I have owned 2 Plantronics Legends in the past and they both had problems after a few months. I would have callers tell me they couldn’t hear me very well and I got really tired of it.
Well, when I read some of the reviews on this little unit I thought maybe I’ll give it a try. But first I got lured in by one of those Plantronics copies that I saw because the specs looked amazing and they had Bluetooth 5 and of course 5 must be better than 4 right? 😁
So a week later I ended up returning the Plantronics copy because the people said they could hear me but I sounded a little bit “muffled”. 😒
Then the little Jabra popped up on sale and I thought, what the heck, I’ll give it a try. I am SO glad that I did.
The pairing is perfect and quick every time. (Motorola G Stylus phone) The battery is amazing and the recharge is so easy because it just plugs into my computer USB port. Finally, the sound… Every person I’ve spoken with has said that I sound loud and clear. Even more clear than with the phone itself. Impressive! 👍
The only minor downside is as follows: When I’m streaming music or video, etc. the Jabra volume is independent from the app. (Pandora, Spotify, YouTube etc.) What that means is that you can control the volume on the Jabra and on the app separately but one doesn’t control the other. So if the video volume, for example is really low, the Jabra can’t turn that up, you have to do that on the phone volume control. Not a deal breaker but not ideal.
Conversely, when you are on a phone call, the Jabra and phone volume work as one. That means each one controls the other and you can use either one for total control. So unlike the streaming situation, you never need to touch the phone to change the volume when you’re on a call. Since phone calls are really what the Jabra is for, I can’t complain too much about the streaming.
Also, I don’t think this has much in the way of noise canceling but that’s probably why the mic sound is so crystal clear.
All in all, this is an amazing product for the price or even at full retail. I will update down the road if anything changes. As for now, I highly recommend the Jabra Talk 25. 😊

Hi. I needed an earpiece with a hook on the outer ear. I have one Jabra Talk 35 and one Jabra Talk 25. They each stay on my ear for hours and I have no complaints! They each work really well for Discord and Zoom video calls, though my friends do hear me better when I use the Jabra Talk 35 (it has two microphones, while the Jabra Talk 25 has one). Since these earpieces CANNOT be used while they are charging, I chose to order two less expensive earpieces instead of one expensive piece.
The earpieces stay in place quite well, and they pick up my voice very consistently. They last 3-4 hours of heavy use before the voice starts telling you “low battery.” This is rather annoying, especially since the earpiece will keep working for another hour if you don’t mind the interruptions. Once she starts telling me, though, I simply turn off the earpiece, swap it for the other, turn it on, and voila!

I got the Jabra Talk 25 as a replacement for a Plantronics M165 which I purchased for nearly the same price. The Jabra is a very good device but it is surprisingly not as loud as the M165. Unlike the M165 the Jabra can get drowned out by ambient noise, hence just four stars. The Jabra is otherwise excellent because the sound quality for music is better, and the bluetooth range is excellent. It is also very comfortable to wear with the supplied earhook for hours at a time, I barely notice it.
