Several things: it wasn’t the blue tooth I always order…it fits so loosely on my ear that it constantly falls off or just barely hangs on which makes hard to hear… there’s no volume control so even when it’s snugly in my ear I can barely hear the conversation. I wish I could return this one for the one I ordered and always order for many times. The difference between the two is night and day…HELP!!!

Seems to work perfectly fine. I don’t believe there’s any sound cancellation technology inside, but it’s not a high-end headset either. The shaped earplug piece is always a nice touch, as it stays in my ear better than the ones that are simply round. For the price, this one’s very good.

How do they find engineers this lame.
The ON/OFF switch is on the back. So you need to have it in your hand to turn it on. Then it gives audible status messages when you do not have it in your ear. When you put it in your ear the big button on the front is depressed. Redialing your last call. Quick hang up.

Itty bitty volume buttons on the bottom side. Try and press both at once to mute when it is on your ear.
IMPOSSIBLE!
If they would put a single slider ON / OFF button on the front side it would be perfect. Low price, basic functionality, manage the device on my ear from my phone which is in my hand.
PLEASE!
NOBODY wants to manage their phone from a device on their ear with itty bitty buttons one of which is on the back side against my skin where it is impossible to get to.

I really like this headset. The sound quality is good and the battery lasts a lot longer that some other brands I have. The only negatives for me are with the design. I dont like having the on off switch on the back side(closest to the ear). To turn it off I have to remove the headset from my ear. The other design feature I dont like is the sensitivity of the hang up/redial button. If you barely tap it you will hang up the call or it will redial the last call if you arent on a call. I have accidentally tapped this button numerous times because its so sensitive.
But overall, its a really good headset!

I love my Jabra Talk 15. It is not very expensive and has good sound quality. I had a more expensive ear bud but it was the kind that fits in the ear canal and I found after a few days it would hurt my ears. The Jabra Talk 15 speaker fits over top of the ear canal and does not hurt.

I have used different styles of Jabra, This one is my favorite. Sound is great, I love the battery. I watch videos off my phone all day. I normally start during the week about 6″30 am. It normally last until I get off at 4. It also serves well as a blue tooth for incoming and out going calls. I can hear very well and people say they can hear me clearly. I just ordered another one in fear this style will go away.
If you are looking for a great ear price this is for you. It very affordable and it does exactly what it says.

Very inexpensive, but I’ve had nothing but great luck with Jabra headsets. The only reason I had to purchase this one is the one before would not pair with my new phone as it was outdated. Works great, clear, full sound. It takes a little fussing to place on ear, but once it’s on, it stays. Some people mention it’s hard to turn on and off, but for the the price, I’ll gladly settle for clear, noiseless sound and long battery life! Oh & it paired with my iPhoneSE 2020 seamlessly!
