I bought two of these, both had the same issue. Belkin did a bad job designing these, DO NOT BUY THEM. The identically-looking Belkin 45W dual-port charger works fine though, I’ve had one of those for almost a year.
Here’s the issue: The bottom port doesn’t work. I tried using it with two phones, three different kinds of headphones, and two smartwatches. And I tried 4 USB-C cables (all from reliable companies). Every combination of electronic + cable worked fine in the top port, but none worked in the bottom port. When I plugged in a phone in the bottom port, it would say it was connected for about 1 second, then say it was disconnected again, then a couple seconds later say it was connected, then disconnect after a second again, and repeat over and over again. It would be rather bad for a phone to be left plugged in like this, it may damage the phone over time. So in addition to not charging correctly, it could also damage electronics…

使用しているLenovo IdeaPad flex 550iは、付属の充電器が大きく、出先へ持ち出すのは面倒でした。
そこでサイズも小さく、65wの出力が可能なこちらを購入。
あわよくばiPhoneかipadも同時充電出来ないかと思い、2口を選択。
スペック通り65w出ているようで、ノートpcの充電が出来ています。
また、発熱もかなり抑えられている方だと思います。
現状、不満は1つもありません。
