It was good until it wasn’t.
Loved it for the price point besides 2 major problems.
1. After about 6 months the wireless surround speakers would make screeching sounds sometimes
2. The soundbar died way too soon. These sound be able to last more than a year or two without completely dying, unable to even turn on. (It’s a known and widespread issue apparently from a little research too)

The good – It’s gets plenty loud in our medium sized living room. It sounds great, back lit remote, visually appealing, expectional subwoofer (compared to what you get with most soundbars – spec sheet says it gets down to 28 HZ and it’s plenty loud) The bad – this was a refurb (Looks like new, operated like new, sounds new) and it was missing the proprietary mounting brackets and studs, was missing the hdmi cable and no batteries. I saved $150 off the price of a new one, so it’s hard to complain. I picked up the stuff to hang it with and a cable for about $20. I would recommend if you can pick up the refurbished one, it makes it a great value. I would even says it’s a fair value at $399. Plus you can add wireless surrounds to it. Overall, it’s a keeper

This was packed really well in the original box. I could not tell it was renewed from the box or any of the contents. I have the mount brackets and everything else. I know some people mentioned those were missing from their box.
The soundbar sounds amazing volume and clarity is perfection.
Works great on my Samsung TV, however testing it on the Hisense TV in the bedroom the Klipsch remote functions overlap with the TV remote. You don’t really need to use the sound bar remote if you connect with the HDMI Arc port on the TV since the TV remote volume will control the sound bar.
Happy with this purchase now after about 1 month of use.

Amazing sound quality for tv and record player. Great features and easy to control. Love night mode and dialog control. Bass is a bit heavy at normal mode I keep sub set to -3 and it’s perfect from movies to bass heavy music. Sub is necessary addition to bar. Adds incredible impact without being “inflated or exaggerated” like other big name brands (Bose always sounds hyped/mid scooped to my ears). Had the phono one ii speaker first and was sold on this brand. At this cost it’s a no brainer. Very nice looking and fits in great with the living room design. Setup could not have been easier. Bar and sub are hefty and built well. Auto on mode works great. Seamless connectivity and switching between sources. Cannot say enough good about this unit and Klipsch.

I took a chance on this – it’s refurbished. It works fine as far as that is concerned, but…
This unit has a mind of its own when it comes to the audio input. It does not remember the last setting – maybe it selects the optimal input, which may not agree with me.
The Bluetooth issue – I first had the sub just 10 feet away, and I kept losing the connection. WTH? Two feet closer, and it’s fine, but you can hear it trying to connect! It sounds like a fax machine of the 80s!
Maybe my expectations were higher with this brand name? Maybe I’ll get the satellite speakers and see if they help?
February 2023 Update:
I am very disappointed with this product. I am beginning to think i understand why it was returned and refurbished? It is because the Sub Woofer disconnects itself, even now while it sits directly under the Bluetooth signaling sound-bar. AND, the Sub woofer will randomly make a loud POPping sound that makes us all jump. It is not a fun experience. Furthermore, it powers itself on. Almost every morning I can see the power/volume indicator illuminated, even though i turn if off the evening before. Was this why it was sent back as well to get refurbished?
This does not comport with the Klipsch way-above-the-bar standards so many expect. It is plain lousy, frustrating, and an energy drainer. I would gladly give it away to anyone whom wants to pick it up and settle for very sub-standard mediocracy and possessed functionality. Believe me, it is NOT worth your aggravation, time, and certainly not your money.

The system sounded great especially the subwoofer. Boomin! But as far as it being renewed, I know I was taking a chance so I’m not too disappointed but when it arrived within 30 seconds a popping/crackle sound would interrupt on the left side of the sound bar. Needless to say it definitely was annoying and disrupted any listening. I sent it back and got my refund from World Wide Stereo. Since the 600 Cinema and the customer service was so awesome I actually bought went ahead and paid full price for a new one from World Wide Stereo. Definitely recommend the Klipsch 600 cinema. Just not a renewed one.
