Estos audífonos ya los había tenido antes, por lo que la calidad del material y audio son buenos.
Esta nueva generación me gusta que tenga conexión tipo C para su carga, por ser universal.
Respecto al tipo de compra, lo pedí como (reacondicionados) por lo que realmente no sabía que esperar, pero mi suerte fue buena y llegaron en tiempo, en excelentes condiciones, aún con sello de garantía, todo en perfecto estado.

Great headphones, the Magnet on the ear prices is what attracted me to purchase Beats headphones. This is my second pair, my first ones were yellow (stolen).
I have had these black ones for approximately 1yr. They suddenly stopped charging, (changed the usb – c cable connection, adapter/bank, tried different outlets). Great sound quality and base. It is unfortunate they stopped working.

I love listening to audiobooks during the day when I am doing stuff and these are so comfortable. I love that they are magnetic and I can wear them around my neck like a necklace. I don’t loose these like I’ve lost my earbuds

I’ve had trouble finding bluetooth in-ear headphones that I find comfortable, but these are great! They quickly became my go-to headphones. They’re comfortable, have decent battery life, and sound great. I’ve been impressed with how well they block out exterior noises, too. My only complaint is that the play/pause/answer/hang up button gives NO tactile feedback. You can’t feel whether or not you’ve pressed it or not. There’s no click, there’s no discernable movement.

I really like these Beats Flex ear buds. I had a set I bought at the airport and lost them so I bought this set. Of course the day they showed up I found my original set so I left these in the box on the shelf. Then I lost the original ones again. Yeah me I have a back up set. But they wouldn’t power on. I did all the things. I left them charging overnight, I tried factory reset, I patted my head and rubbed my belly, but dead they are. I did some searching and discovered Beats are owned by Apple. Who knew. I was directed to the apple online tech support where a very helpful chatbot walked me through getting setup with an apple store repair appointment. But when I showed up they told me they don’t repair headphones, and offered me a a new set for $80. WTF >>> That’s retail pricing, and why did I waste my time going to the stupid store. Apple needs to get some ChatGPT so they stop wasting customers time. To add to the annoying part is that I thought I was buying a new set. It was advertised as a new set, but what I got was a “Reconditioned” set. so Amazon screwed me, Apple screwed, and I screwed myself by not checking them when I got them.
Shame on you Amazon.
But the headphones are really good. And fortunately I found my original set again.

I have bought quite a few of these as gifts for my grandkids, other family members, including myself and husband. It’s easy to keep safe since it can hang around my neck even when lying in bed. It’s difficult to lose it or break like others I have purchased over the years. Someone always needs a set of head phones, so I keep a backup, just in case.

I’m a big buff necklace headphones. When my last one died I have decided to look around for something new and found this one. Since the brand and chip was in line of my plans, I bought them for give it a try. I use them for a few months by now and not entirely disappointed with my choice. Here are my CONS and PROs, in that unusual order.
CONS
– Battery time is the biggest disappointing. My previous headphones run for days w/o charging. This one is can’t make from dusk till dawn.
– No multipoint connections, single device only. Make sure it fits your list.
– Sound is rather flat, especially on Android, a much better on iOS. Not a big for me,since I use them primarily for podcasts and calls.
– Not Android friendly. You can use them, but it like you have old Gus wired headphones: listen and be happy.
– A little odd on/off button, my be it’s only my device.
PROS
– Magnet hold is a game changer! It’s a simple and yet such elegant way to make you fall in love with it. And overall user experience is totally different whe you use it with “native” devices.
– Great headset quality – You can use it for your meetings with phone or as a computer headset – no issues. I haven’t gotten a single complaint on my audio quality or noise.
– Fast charging. Attach it to good USB-C charger with the good cable and you get them charged quick.
– Very quick Bluetooth connection, you can change devices instantaneously. An extra plus for the excellent old devices support. I have a TV that won’t pair to any of my headphones. This one, connected to it as if they matched in heaven.
– I have noticed any sound delays, and I tested them with a lot of devices.
– Despite the odd button shapes and locations, overall user experience is positive. Big plus is flat and thick wires. They are not inclined to make some nautical knots and you need to try really hard to break it.
TLDR; There are some flaws, balanced by UX features. Still I hold back one star for battery life.

Purchased these for gym use. I don’t like earbuds at the gym as they fall out sometimes. These are a great alternative!!! The cord around the neck is light weight and flexible. These came with different size covers for the part that goes in your ear and the sound quality is better than I expected for the price. I only have to charge these about 2 times a month!!!

Even though I own AirPods, I like these much better. They have a magnet that keeps them from falling or disappearing, and I have never lost them. I have owned many pairs and also used them as gifts to everyone satisfaction. Unlike AirPods which get lost easily and you always need a pocket to store them, these quality earbuds are always around my neck, with equal quality, and I love them.

Bought renewed, package was lost, never got refund, as Amazon said I was going to past certain date.
Received package very late, when it came box was crushed and sticky. Headphones do not work and seem to be getting no refund or replacement. Very disappointed.
