Love this. Just had my annual checkup, and found that BP, mileage, and others to be exactly accurate. Easy to set up, phone app is easy to read, I got the blue, and it’s very pretty. And I like that it looks more like a watch, than a weird tracker. I don’t use the sleep function, as I can’t stand wearing a watch when I sleep. Only improvement I would suggest is more air holes in the band since a silicone band can get kind of sweaty or sticky. Other than that, GET THIS.

I have calibrated blood-pressure monitors, and the HBPM meter on this is maybe useful as far as triggering emergency alerts, but it is not accurate enough for practical use otherwise — it is not remotely as accurate as a BP monitor that works.
That wasn’t my main complaint. I specifically bought this for monitoring heart-rate while swimming and during water sports. It was useless, to me, for that. The majority of the time, the watch failed to take an accurate reading and reported some mysterious number that had nothing to do with my actual BPM at the time. It took so long to give the accurate reading those few times it did do that that by the time I had a reading, it was impossible to know what my BPM was at the time that I needed to know it.
This watch is not remotely as functional for BPM monitoring as a strap and wrist monitor from 10 or even 20 years ago. It’s a nice idea at a remarkable size that isn’t really functional yet.
Update: I got a message from the company asking to work together to “resolve the problem,” which is good, but the problem is that the product isn’t good. The product needs to be improved. The problem isn’t whether I had a complaint answered when I had one. The problem is that you need to improve your product before bringing it to market. So, for me, that’s what you can do: improve your product.

So far so good. Love the display and the brightness of the face. Haven’t used it too long since I just got it. However, the one criticism I have is regarding the watch band. So ridiculously hard to put onto the watch. And I hope I’ll be able to buy different bands to fit the watch. The band that came with the watch is a little big…All in all, seems pretty decent… I mainly use it to count steps and miles.

I got my watch and set it up and started monitoring my BP, hr, and 02.
I’m a cardiac patient and need to watch my vitals numerous times throughout the day. Yesterday I went to the Dr and compared the readings of my watch and their readings. The heart rate and oxygen level was close but within 20 units of measure. The BP was so far off it was scary. Consistently 40-60 units of measure higher than the Dr’s office. For me, it could mean a stroke or heart attack. Too risky to relieve on.
