K&F Concept NP-FZ100 Battery & Three Slot Charger

For use with the Sony A7R IV camera, I got the K&F Concept 3-pack of NP-FZ100 batteries and the 3-slot charger. These battery kits have proven very useful for me over the past few months, and I am very pleased with their performance and ease of use.

The batteries appear to have good longevity in terms of how long they can discharge before needing replacement and can fire at least several hundred shots per charge, which makes these on par with Sony branded NP-FZ100 batteries in terms of capacity. I particularly appreciate the utility of a simple LED indicator on the charger that informs on the charge status of each battery slot with green meaning fully charged and red meaning charging. The fact that it’s possible to charge 3 batteries at the same time is good because these cameras drain batteries rather quickly.

The physical construction of both the batteries and charger also appears to be well-engineered – there are no cheap plastic components here. The battery tabs, for example, are nicely click-in with the camera without any possibility to wiggle. But it is even better that the kit has a car charging adapter which can be used to charge batteries in my car whenever I do not have access to an electrical outlet.

Overal for the price offered, K&F Concept offers an exceptional value with this battery kit. It is very stable for my daily use of shooting pictures and the 3 slot charger is very useful. That means I never lack power to supply all my electrical appliances within my home. Definitely the best for those who own any sony mirrorless camera.

Per mia grandissima sorpresa, le batterie una volte montate sulla mia Sony A6700, non hanno restituito nessun avviso sulla videocamera. Al prezzo di una originale Sony, ne prendete 3 con caricabatterie compreso. Un affare.

Decidí probar estas baterías K&F buscando una opción más económica que las oficiales de Sony y la verdad es que me han sorprendido para bien. Lo primero que destaca es que son totalmente compatibles con mi cámara.

No ha habido ningún mensaje de error ni nada raro, funcionan como las originales. La duración también está a la altura, he podido usarlas durante sesiones largas sin problemas y el rendimiento es igual de bueno. El cargador, a pesar de ser un accesorio, me parece un acierto. Permite cargar las tres baterías a la vez y muestra el nivel de carga de cada una. La calidad de construcción de las baterías y el cargador es sólida, se nota que están bien hechos. Sinceramente, por el precio que tienen, creo que es una compra muy recomendable para cualquier persona que necesite baterías adicionales para su cámara Sony.

K&F used to be a budget brand that no one really knew about but now they have really upped their game! I own several of their products. From batteries to tripods and even their various filters. All of them I would consider premium products. The battery charger feels pretty generic like most of them out there. Smallrig, neewer, etc. What makes it different is the 3 charge slots which makes it convenient. I typically carry around 10 batteries with me to film weddings and having a charger that can do this amount of batteries at a time is great! One thing that ticked me off about Sony is they released newer firmware that actually removed the percentage on the batteries if they are not from Sony which left you guessing what percentage they were and you had to rely on only the battery indicator like old school cellphones. So even ones that I bought before that stated they were compatible and gave no errors, unfortunately now do. These batteries however do not give you the warning and retain the percentage for now at least before Sony decides they want to be greedy again. Highly recommend this brand. You won’t regret it especially for the price.

K&F CONCEPT lanza este KIT de baterías NP-FZ100 más el cargador que se nos entrega en una caja junto a un cable USB.

Una vez que lo sacamos vemos un cargador con capacidad de cargara hasta tres unidades de baterías NP-FZ100, las cuales son las que se nos incluyen.

Este modelo de batería, NP-FZ100, es el más compatible en las cámaras que lanza Sony últimamente desde hace un tiempo por lo que son las más versátiles al poderse utilizar en diferentes cuerpos de cámara.

Disponen de una capacidad de 2280mAh que es igual a la que tienen las originales de Sony aunque si es cierto que estas de K&F CONCEPT, aun estando cargadas al 100%, duran un poquito menos.

Al meterlas en la cámara las reconoce perfectamente y no salta ninguna advertencia de que no se garantiza el correcto funcionamiento si las usas y si quieres seguir adelante o no. Y no solo eso, también marca en la pantalla la capacidad en % que estas tienen, cosa que con otra marca que tengo, al menos la que yo compré, no me mostraba y me salía la advertencia, en estas de K&F CONCEPT es igual que si metieses una de original.

En el cargador puedes poner 1, 2 o 3 batería a cargar al mismo tiempo, la carga la hace de forma independiente para cada una de ellas, lo único que ocurre es que el tiempo de carga, si dependerá de las unidades que pongas a cargar ya que el cargador está limitado a 2Amp y esta energía se ha de repartir entre las unidades que pongas. Si pones una sola tardará unas 2 horas y si colocas las tres unas 5 horas mas o menos (tiempos orientativos).

El cargador se nos entrega con un cable USB-A a C, no se incluye Fuente de Alimentación (cargador), esa la has de poner, pero te sirve cualquiera que tengas por casa con una salida de 5v y 3Amp para no forzarla ya que el cargador K&F CONCEPT a plena carga consume 2Amp como ya he mencionado anteriormente. Si, te vale una Fuente de 5v 2Amp, pero iría forzada (Al límite) y en electrónica hay que dejar unos márgenes y es mejor que vaya más holgada.

Sabrás el estado de carga de las baterías en todo momento gracias a un pequeño display LCD con tres símbolos de batería que van indicando con rayas moviéndoselo la carga de estas y que se quedará fija una vez la batería se haya cargado.

El cargador se puede alimentar de dos formas o puertos, USB-C y Micro-USB, podrás usar cualquiera de los dos pero no los dos al mismo tiempo. Esto está bien por si algún día se te olvida o estropea el cable y has de tirar de un viejo cable para salir del apuro, también puedes usar un cable USB-C a USB-C en vez del proporcionado, combinación que veo más lógica para los tiempos que corren.

Las baterías como podeís ver son exactamente iguales a las de la marca Nipona, solo cambia el etiquetado y ni que decir tiene que la batería de Sony la puedes cargar sin miedo alguno en cualquiera de las ranuras de este cargador de K&F CONCEPT.

En fin, creo que K&F CONCEPT ha sacado un buen KIT de baterias NP-FZ100 con cargador a un magnifico precio y si dispones de una cuerpo de cámara Sony, es una buena opción que no has de dejar escapar.

These batteries work as you would hope them to, just as good as the original manufactured batteries. That is good enough right there, but what sets this apart is the triple charger that displays the level of each battery as they charge. This has made charging so easy for me and I love it.

Batteries charge up all at the same time and fast. Nice viewable screen. Its great!
