We bought this computer for my 7 year old son as his first computer to play games on. It works very well for website based games and games like Minecraft.
Arrived in good shape and everything seems to be working just fine.

This laptop is great works just fine and powers up fast with no issues and also came with Windows 11 pro preinstalled and i just ordered another one

This product is working exactly as I had hoped it would. I use it as an android emulator and to stream shows and whatnot.
I’ve tested it to see what it can handle graphically, and if you’re expecting a gaming rig capable of playing gta on lowest settings without lag, this ain’t for you.
Now if you’re playing less graphic intensive games like the long dark, or old ps2 remasters, then it works beautifully.
The pc also does well with multi-tasking. I can run 3 bluestack sessions and stream Netflix in HD with no issue. I’ve had no batter issues either, and, the charger has a sweet little light on it, pretty nifty, also has Backlit keyboard.
Packaging was also well done, laptop was nice and secure in the box the whole shipping process.
5/5, would recommend to a friend.

I just purchased this grade « A » Dell refurbished Core i7 8th gen. Latitude 5490 laptop and it is flawless, not a scratch or any wear of any kind, can be observed anywhere. The installed hardware is as advertised. Once powered up, the Windows 10 operating system had to be updated. Once updated, Microsoft offered free of charge the upgrade to Windows 11. The battery on a full charge lasted 5 hours. The only drawback, the keyboard is not backlit. Overhaul, totally satisfied of the purchase.

I ordered with Windows 10 Pro.
Was force to upgrade to Win 11.
The power supply did not work, replaced it with Dell power supply.
Hated Win 11 so replaced it with Linux. Worked fine for about two weeks, then would not boot.
Opened it up (was like opening a cell phone) and found missing screws and two screw driver tips.
Learned never buy a laptop that is not battery replacement friendly!
The screen quality was also lousy.
Loved my Dell Latitude E6540 but this one was poor quality.

Tengo 10 días usando la Laptop y hasta ahora estoy muy satisfecho porque la laptop en verdad luce como nueva y funciona perfectamente. Aunque de cualquier forma le compre el seguro que ofrece Amazon por 3 años para proteger mi inversión. Ya había comprado un iphone remanufacturado de Amazon desde hace 1 año y quede muy contento.
