Excellent Customer Service. when i got the computer. the first thing that i seen was a large number promoting customer service. i called and texted the number and they were happy to help with my small issue. it really makes me feel that much more comfortable when i know there is a real life human, ready to help! I love the computer but had difficulty figuring out why it wouldn’t stay connected to my WIFI.
Calling the Tech number i got Nick and he spent time with my brother on how to take care of the issue and what to download. He was so patient and now I have a successful conclusion Love the computer. This was the best Tech support I’ve ever had. Thank you to ASUS.

Internal graphics good for mid level games. Excellent storage and performance. For the price it is very nice.
Wireless usb is ok, sometimes loses connectivity.

This is the slowest brand new, latest tech, latest OS PC I have ever experienced. If I hadn’t already spent so much time loading all my software and preferences on it I would be returning it. The computer I had was at least 10 years old, and it still runs circles around this brand new one, running the exact same software. The onboard graphics are terrible, ridiculously slow. And Windows 11 is horrible, but that’s all on Microsoft. Just saying. What is really annoying is that this PC, for some reason, keeps changing and moving things around at random without my permission. The Wifi/Bluetooth it comes with is a joke. It is a one-piece USB dongle about the size of the smallest Flash Drive, and it holds both the Wifi and Bluetooth. Throwing in a $10 plug in is not what I call “comes with wifi and bluetooth”. The bluetooth is horrid and the wifi keeps shutting off. I can honestly say that I have never been more disappointed in a brand new PC. I wish I would have bought the one I really wanted several months age before they were all gone…because they eventually came back at a very increased price. This is an honest review. I really wholeheartedly do not recommend this PC to anyone, even if you are just using it for basic use.

First and foremost, the customer service from this vendor is THE BEST I’VE EVER experienced! When you call them, a real live human being immediately answers the phone! Wow!
The first day I began using this PC, it was giving me trouble. It would shut down intermittently. I tried troubleshooting it myself by checking outlets, etc. I was SICK about the prospect of having to pack it all up and send it back. A LOT of work! Plus, I really liked it because of all its great features.
Would a replacement have the same problem? I’d been a bit worried because its box had had a big hole in it, though the outer, shipping box was intact. However, the PC itself was very well packaged and I saw no visible damage.
So I called and spoke with someone, went through the whole thing and they were ready to send me a shipping label for its return. Ugh. Because I didn’t like the work that would involve. So, the guy asked me to speak to Nick, who walked me through all the trouble shooting steps I’d taken. I mentioned that the power cord FROM the PC end didn’t seem to be seated super tight & deep into the PC. It wasn’t super loose or anything, but just didn’t feel really snug. Nick asked if I had another cord. So I “borrowed” one from another device. It went in nice and snug. Sure enough, that was the problem!
Nick immediately Fedx-ed a replacement power cord. Actually sent two. Plus, because the 4 ft. HDMI cable I had on hand didn’t comfortably reach to my monitor, he included a 6 ft. one. All at no cost to me.
Plus, he called me a day or two later to see if I got what he sent and to see how everything was going. AMAZING customer service.
Furthermore, the price of this PC, for all the great features it came with, was hard to believe! It even has a DVD drive! I challenge you to find another one with all of the top of the line features this has, that doesn’t cost more than twice as much as this one! What a bargain! I love it! There is NOTHING I dislike about this PC. I use it for personal use.

The S500MC proven to be a great turnkey system with performance that exceeds our requirements., We are very pleased with what we got for the money.
