We have really enjoyed using this computer. It seems to be good quality for the price and does everything we require. However, I will say that straight from the box, the keyboard has been nothing but a frustration. For being brand new, and not particularly cheap, the keyboard , specifically the right side, has done nothing but stick from the minute it arrived. I don’t understand why a brand new keyboard has half the keys sticking, but it is very frustrating.

Day one: The box was a little damaged by the handle, which concerned me until realized the handle was probably just handled roughly.
Set up was super easy. I plugged in all attachments before turning it on. A lot of people have complained about the speed and the noise of the fan. 1) I haven’t had any problem using the Wifi connection in my apartment. The modem is in the living room and the computer is in my bedroom. 2) Theres a fan in this thing? Apart from the noise in my bedroom with the two fans I have running, I hear nothing.
Day two: All the updates on the computer were installed. I installed The Sims 4 and all the expansion packs in under 2 hours. I still have plenty of memory/Ram on the computer to do whatever else I need.
I ended up buying a wireless mouse, but after a night of use, I switched back to the mouse that the computer came with. It fit my hand a lot better than the wireless one I bought.
In conclusion: Two days of heavy use, and the computer was worth every penny. I don’t use the touch screen feature, but I did play with it. Works great. My only issue is the keyboard that it came with. It doesn’t change the height position so it’s lower than what I’m use to.
**Update**
I’ve had the computer for almost a month now. I use the computer daily and for several hours at a time. I have had no issues with the computer thus far. It still runs perfectly. I’ve gotten use to the keyboard.
I’ve seen other posts that people complain about the fuzziness of the screen. I personally have not had any issues with the clarity of the screen/images.
*UPDATE*
I have had the computer for almost a year now. The clarity of the screen is still perfect. I haven’t had a single problem with the computer since my purchase. I would highly recommend this computer.
The screen took some time getting used to but that’s because it’s like a mini TV but now all other computer screens are microscopic!

I was looking for a computer for my aging parents. This computer was a great value and seemed to fit the bill. It is an all in one that has everything you need, minus the Internet right in the box. It arrived in a large box that my parents had to get help to carry it in, but I was told it wasn’t really that heavy and easy to set up. My parents like the computer and feel it works very well. Their only complaints are:
1) The on/off button is not easy to find because you have to reach behind to hit it.
2) Because it has a value processor they are unable to virtual backgrounds in a video chat program
3) The microphone is not omni-directional so at times you can’t hear them speaking even though it looks like they are directly in front of the screen.
They really like being able to just touch the screen, and they say it’s really fast. They also like that it’s white in color.

Very happy. Just the right size and offers everything I needed.

This computer is awesome! I had another HP All-In-One desktop and liked the concept. So I wanted another like It. My old computer was old, slow and buggy and needed many upgrades. So I badly needed an upgrade.
Not only is this one better, but it works so nicely.
– It’s fast! It even fixed issues I thought was just an internet problem, but no it had a lot to do with the computer.
– I can actually go on Windows again without it constantly freezing and being unbelievably slow, and just unbearable. At the end there with the old computer I spent most of my time on Linux cause it was just faster and didn’t cause me so much problems. I mostly just went on Windows for Media and Graphic Work.
– Computer compatibility is good. On my old one I was hitting the cpu is too old for this software issue. That made me have to use older versions of applications with it to work, and I knew as time went on the problem would get worse. On this computer I’ve had no installation issues. I use the Adobe Products all 2021 which wouldn’t work on the old computer and Vegas Pro 18 and have had no problems with either.
– I know I already mentioned faster, but does it not only run faster, but processes like transfers, downloads and conversions run much faster as well.
– Also the screen size wow! I know some people are going to be like it’s not that big, but I am not used to a large computer screen like this. So it was impressive to me. I think it’s a good size and the picture quality is great!
– I seen others mention how loud it is. Maybe it’s because I had a All-In-One before, but it doesn’t bother me or sound loud at all. It’s just like I was used to. I hardly notice it, and people said they were having problems with sound quality and volume? Yeah I have great sound quality here and volume.
– The only issue I have is it only has one audio Jack and not one for a microphone, and that the computers built in microphone doesn’t seem to work very well, but it might just be a setting issue on my part with that one. I’m just getting a USB microphone to fix the problem. No big deal.
– I put off getting a new computer for so long because of the price and thought I’ll have to spend 1000+ for a computer and buy Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse separately. Thankfully I found this. It wasn’t only a good price, but comes with everything. It’s a All-In-One so the monitor is part of it, really it’s pretty much the whole computer itself, and it came with a Keyboard and a Mouse. I only wished they weren’t white (shows everything and can be annoying, but has to be wiped off often so I guess it’s better for germs) I can always just get new ones, but the issue isn’t that bad. Just a bit annoying that’s all.
I think this was a great buy and reccomend this computer to anyone that can’t afford a fancy computer, but needs an upgrade with good specs that works and looks good!
