This case is great, has lost of space inside and the fan placement is great for cooling. I don’t have AC and my last build would over heat in the summer months, but this case is nice and quiet while still staying nice a cool even under heavy CPU/GPU load. I am very happy with the design and quality of the case. Be warned though it is big so be sure you desk will support it.

I have this on and a white version. I liked the white version alot. With the ARGB built in header it was a nice easy setup for ARGB without motherboard support for ARGB. The built in header is a toggle at the reset button to change through all the auras. I used other fans by Thermalright, including the cpu all daisy chained to the 5v ARGB connector on the ARGB header and it all worked flawlessly. The aura can be also turned off!

6 total case fans can be used (the front is tight, but works). I have the 3 front fans blowing in and the two top and back fans blowing out. I generally run the fans at about 1000 rpms top speed to keep the noise down.

The case has a “vented PSU shroud and is helpful for large hot GPUs like the Tuf gaming RTX 3060. A Tuf gaming 3060 was very close to the shroud but the vents helped the GPU still have air get to the two rear fans.

I use a Corsair RM850x in these cases with plenty of room for the side mounted type 5 connectors.

I’m going to update this once I figure out which riser cable works. I’ve been thru six so far that do not fit. Thermaltake doesn’t make one that fits. If the next one I get doesn’t fit, I’m just going to drill more holes for new standoffs. Completely ridiculous.

Also whoever engineered an 8 pin proprietary fan connector is just the worst. I can’t believe they even did that. Getting holes wrong for the riser means little. You can just buy a riser kit that has the bracket and cable and throw away the included one, or take off the standoffs and tape the riser in. It really doesn’t matter.

This is a nice tower at a decent price-point. Easy to build in with plenty of tie-down locations and space behind the motherboard panel for cable management. No grommets for the pass-throughs though.

The fans that were included are super quiet (we’ll see how long that lasts) and it was easy enough to switch the controller over to motherboard control for the RGB. I just wish there was one more fan included for exhaust.

The packaging does leave a little to be desired. The box is sturdy, but the Styrofoam padding is terrible. However, if that is where they’re saving their cost, I’m ok with it. The tower arrived on my doorstep undamaged.

This case would probably have been at the $60-$70 price-point a few years ago, but with the rise of the cost of materials lately, $90 is a fair price.

Not quite 5 stars, but darn close.

The thermaltake S300 is a great case with the added features. Can fit a 240mm side mounted radiator and the built in vertical graphics card mount is awesome. No more dremeling the pci slots, all you have to do is rotate the rear slots, fast and easily done. I love how both panels can easily slide out, creating easy access without needed much room to open your case. Also the PSU cover is removable so you may route your wires much easier. Additionally, I only had to do one adjustment to the case. One of the mobo mounting standoffs were a little crooked. I just grabbed some pliers and bent it back into place.

The only con comes down to the cable management. As the wires must be very flush behind the motherboard or the side panel will not close. A little extra room would have been nice, yet I made it work.

I totally would recommend this case for anyone looking for a quality case without breaking the bank. Still can’t believe it was this inexpensive.

I was able to transfer everything from my old case to this one and with the additional ThermalTake fans i bought i was able to plug in the RGB through the control board to be able to sync it.
I’d recommend this case for anyone looking for a case that delivers very good airflow as well as looking very cool which could impress your friends if you’re that type of person that enjoys showing off their build.
It comes preinstalled the vertical mounting stand thing the only thing you would need to pay extra for is the riser cable.

I honestly give this case 4.5 out of 5 stars and the 0.5 is just that there are no rubber grommets which could show some of the wires on the other side but not that noticeable if you’re taking professional photos to show it off.

The Thermaltake Divider 170 TG. It has a sleek design and is available in black or white.

The case has a spacious interior with support for ATX, microATX, and mini-ITX motherboards, and it can accommodate graphics cards up to 370mm in length. It also has three 3.5″/2.5″ drive bays and two 2.5″ drive bays for storage, as well as seven expansion slots for adding additional components.

The Divider 170 TG has a good cooling system, with support for up to three 120mm fans in the front and one 120mm fan in the rear, as well as the option to install a 240mm radiator in the front. It also has 2 pre-installed ARGB 120mm fans in the front of the case to help keep your components cool and looking good.

Overall, the Thermaltake Divider 170 TG is a good case with a stylish design and good features, such as its vibrantly shaped tempered glass panel and multiple fan and radiator support. It is a good choice for those looking to build a gaming or general-purpose desktop PC.

I love it. It makes my setup so much nicer. I can change the colour of the fans so that matches the environment and the lights also have different modes.

The fans really push air very well, I move them as high upwards as I could so the rgb would be as visible as possible.
Tons of room, and it looks a lot better in oerson then in photos. Nice case, great design and colors. Went for green theme primarily but overall turned out great.
