Great budget COU cooler! You can feel the quality in its weight. The size is just as explained. It you have a common motherboard one fan may sit over your ram. Installation was a little weird as the directions that come in the box were helpful till they weren’t.

Currently cooling an intel core I7- 12700k on a MSI z790 pro. Haven’t had an issue with heat yet! It is pretty quiet and powerful.

This cooler has good temps, perfect for my Ryzen 7 5700x, super quiet, comes with all the right mounting hardware, easy to get in with only a few screws, fits nicely in a mid-tower case, no issues with performance so far.

I have been using a Cooler Master 360ML Illusion for my Ryzen 9 7900x for a year and a half. It was working fine, usually keeping the CPU around 62c when idle, and mid 60’s doing some light activities. The one thing I didn’t like about the AIO was its inability to quickly handle CPU temperature jumps, resulting in the fans ramping up and then going back down. Normally this wouldn’t’ be an issue, but the fans on this AIO are super loud when they ramp up. I eventually fixed this by implementing a better fan curve, but I still thought it was too loud when the fans kicked in. I used to have an EVO 212 tower cooler that worked well for my past Ryzen CPUs, but wanted to try out an AIO with the Ryzen 7900x.

Upon installing the Thermalright cooler, I was sad to see my temps higher than the AIO, sitting around 65c when sitting at the desktop after a fresh boot. When I kicked off a Cinebench run, the temps jumped immediately to 95c (normal), but my CPU speeds where way down in the 3ghz range, almost as if the cooler could not handle this CPU. I then tried setting on the 105w eco mode, but still the speeds when running Cinebench where terrible. It then dawned on me that I may have not removed the protective cover on the bottom of the cooler. I remember seeing it when I took it out of the box, and made a mental to remove it, but I guess I just tossed that note into the bit bucket. I confirmed I left the sticker on, and reinstalled with fresh paste. Upon bootup, I was greeted with a much better/lower idle temp of around 55c. More importantly when I ran Cinebench the temps hit the typical 95c, but with consistent 5 – 5.5ghz speeds on the cores. More importantly, even at the fastest fan speeds, it was still quieter than the AIO’s fans. After some new fan curves, my system is super quiet again, even with the occasional temp spikes that the 7000 series CPUS are known for. When I implemented the 105w eco mode, the temps max out at 85c when running Cinebench. I highly recommend this cooler.

With it`s 7 heat pipes it easily keeps my 13900k cool. It does the job.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the Thermalright Phantom Spirit RGB cooler. For such a low price, the performance is phenomenal. I’m using it with my i7-11700K, which is notorious for running at high temperatures, even without any undervolting. This cooler keeps the temps super low with no issues.

Installation was incredibly easy, and the cooler is so quiet—much quieter than my previous Cooler Master 212 EVO. The cooling performance is leagues ahead, too. If you’re looking for an affordable, efficient, and quiet cooling solution, this is the one!

Most importantly, keeps my CPU cool. I have a Ryzen 5 7600X which already burns hot and this keeps temps in place. The included thermal paste was good, wish I had realized it was in there before I bought some. Installs easily, although since one side has more heat pipes than the other, I spent way too long trying to figure out which way it was supposed to go (never actually did so I just installed it). The RGB on the fan is cool if you are into RGB. I didn’t care but my case came with RGB fans and luckily the RGB pattern matches well with the case fans. The instructions are very lacking and there are surprisingly not as many YouTube videos on it. Unfortunately, the logo sticker on the fan is not centered and I notice it quite often and it really drives my wife crazy when she sees is. But I never think about taking it off when I’m not actively working on something.

IT WILL ABSOLUTELY INTERFERE WITH YOUR RAM. Just know, your RAM and the fan compete for space. You can change the fan layout so the fan is pulling air instead of pushing air onto the heat pipes but who wants to do that. You can raise the fan over the RAM sticks but depending on the height of the RAM and your case size, it may not fit. My first RAM were RGB but one stick was bad. I got lucky though and found a set that was better priced and better specs that were also low profile and not RGB so my fan is only a little higher than the heat pips and doesn’t bother me.

I’d definitely buy it again if I built another PC.

I needed a new CPU cooler after my 240mm AIO pump went out. I decided to give this a chance since it was much cheaper than another AIO and supposedly performed just as good. This cooler has not disappointed! It didn’t just match my old liquid system, it outperforms by a long shot. With my previous liquid system I was running between 60C-70C playing Helldivers 2. With this cooler I haven’t seen it pass 60C yet.Idle temps are about 10 degrees cooler, and during a stress test my Ryzen 5 5600x got to almost 80C. With the AIO I’d get to just above 90C during a stress test. If you’re on the fence on whether an air system will get the job done, then look no further. Save yourself some money and get this bad boy. Yeah it’s a little bulky, and yeah it’s not quite as quiet, but it gets the job done.

I upgraded my i5-8400 (65W) to an i9-9900KF (95W) and needed something better than the Intel stock i5 cooler. The heatsink contact surface was smooth, uniform, and shiny. All included parts looked good and the parts I used worked as intended (note: I used Arctic Silver 5 instead of the included thermal paste). The last time I installed a cooler on a cpu was 12-15 years ago and it is amazing how much easier it is nowadays!
CPU temperature when doing normal computer stuff is 40 to 41 degC at a fan speed in the 300 to 400 rpm range- therefore very quiet.
I have not stressed my upgraded system (yet), but I’m confident this unit will keep my processor cool with ease, so it is a solid performer for a great price.

Excelente disipador. Bien fresco y a un precio inigualable. Solamente verificar el espacio en el gabinete sea el adecuado.

Dwarfs the Wraith Stealth and fits in my NR200 (mesh) with millimeters to spare. Temperatures are great on my PBO’ed 5600X, with temperatures never breaking 70C under full load at 50% fan speed, which also makes the system rather quiet. An easy recommendation.
