It would be 3 1/2 stars but with a choice of 4 or 5 I’ll go with 4. First of all I am very happy with the product.
A little more attention to detail could have gotten another star.
1 Black smudges as if handled with tonner hands. (Cleaned off with some 409) 2:Slow updates on shipping status. Updated when I asked.
Quick start guild could use a little more info. IF you work from home and do a lot of printing and don;t need color, then it’s a no brainer. For me it’s over kill based on my needs but id you are looking for a Full service printer it’s a no brainer. This is like the days when printers were printers. I am an IT person and if I needed to there were all kinds of things to add FTP access as well as Email from printer. You might need a IT person to get all the things this baby has to offer. On line vides are out there as well.
