Hallo liebe 3D Druckfreunde!
Ich beschäftige mich nun schon eine gewisse Zeit mit 3D-Druckern. Schlussendlich habe ich mich dann für die Marke Flashforge und damit auch dem Flashforge Adventurer 4 entschieden.
Leider gehört der Flashforge 4 nicht zu den Highspeed Druckern wie beispielsweise die der anderen Hersteller. Aber, dank dieses kleinen bescheidenen Hardware-Upgrades, ist es dennoch möglich, den Drucker effektiv aufzurüsten. Danke Flashforge für diese tollen Highspeed Nozzeln!
Der Einbau ist wirklich einfach und man benötigt keinerlei Fachkenntnisse dafür. Man muss hierzu einfach das geladene Filament aus dem Drucker entfernen, und dann kann man dank der Arretierungs-Tasten am Druckkopf, die Druckspitze lösen, indem man diese beiden Tasten hineindrückt.
Bei gedrückten Tasten zieht man die Druckspitze anschließend heraus, und steckt dann die neue Flashforge 0,4mm 240 Grad Düse einfach in die Druckkopfvorrichtung hinein. Das war es schon gewesen.
Für die Inbetriebnahme der Druckspitze ist eigentlich kein großes Vorwissen nötig. Also auch, wer sich bisher nie mit dem Expertenmodus noch nie auseinander gesetzt hat, kann über die einfache Filamentauswahl von Flashprint auf die Konfiguration für „Highspeed Filament“ zugreifen. Wichtig, aktualisiert eure Flashprint Software! Und auch die Firmware auf mindestens Version 2.3.0.
Und Entwarnung, es ist kein „HIGHSPEED Filament“ notwendig. Ich nutze hier mein ganz normales Filament wie sonst auch, und der Drucker, welcher vorher mit nur 50mm/s druckte, erreicht nun eine Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 150mm/s.
Wer sich vorher schon über die Druckgeschwindigkeit erkundigen möchte, kann einfach mit dem Flashprinter ein 3D Model mit dem Slicer Flashprint vorslicen und sieht dann schon die Vorteile der neuen Druckspitze.
Nur als Vergleich, wo mein Flashforge Adventurer 4 vorher für ein Benchy in Standardgröße 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten gebraucht hat, liegt der Drucker mit der HS Druckspitze noch nur bei 57 Minuten. Das ist auf jeden Fall schon mal eine Zeitgewinnung und natürlich auch stromsparend.
Ich habe nun ein Model gedruckt was mit der normalen Druckspitze 17 Stunden gedauert hätte. Dank der HS Druckspitze lag die Druckzeit somit nur bei 11 Stunden und 21 Minuten.
Ich bin mit dieser Druckspitze sehr zufrieden und die Ergebnisse sind dennoch hervorragend!
Schade finde ich es allerdings, dass sie nicht von Besitzern eines Flashforge Adventurer 3 genutzt werden kann. Die Druckspitze ist leider nur für den Flashforge Adventurer 3 Pro 2 (2. Ausführung des Adventurer 3) und dem Flashforge Adventurer 4 und 4 Pro nutzbar. Aber gut, als der 3er raus kam, war da wahrscheinlich noch nicht dran zu denken.
Ich bin jedenfalls super zufrieden mit der Druckspitze, und habe mich damit gleich mal bevoratet.
Ich kann hier auf jeden Fall meine volle Kaufempfehlung aussprechen!
