Had a no service problem that turned out to not be Internet provider. Called TP-Link who easily helped me reset system. Hanson Chan Service rep was great help and walked me through process that had unregistered when talking to Internet provider.

The connectivity on these is garbage. All of the Samsung smartphones in my home experience the “Connected without Internet” issue, driving up mobile data usage unknowingly. Also, the TP Link security and Wi-Fi diagnostics are a joke.

I bought a tp-link Deco wifi mesh system to improve the signal in a concrete wall residence at the advice of a ISP tech. The system and app are remarkably easy to set up and use (plug, play and surf). Deco greatly improved the wifi signal in rooms that previously were dead zones. To add some additional interior areas, I then purchased another two Deco’s from amazon. Unfortunately, one of the units was not functioning. I called the Customer Service to review the problem and he was very patient and professional making sure to resolve the issue. The CSR, Hanson Chan, thoroughly went through the issues and ultimately determined replacement of the Deco was warranted. Other than the problem Deco, the system works great and I look forward to continuing to use it including the soon to be replaced Deco.

I’m just bought a house and the Wi-Fi was spotty in the far right of the house until we got these. I never have a problem with Wi-Fi anywhere in the house now.

At the time I installed a 50mb internet, I installed the Deco W3600 mesh system. All work very well. I recently upgraded my internet to 1gb and did not see improvement in my net response. Called TP-Link tech support and Patrick Gachallan answered my call. Turns out that he was very knowledgeable, his troubleshooting directions were easily understood, he was patient, and led me thru steps to resolve the issue. All-in-all, a very good experience.

Get some troubles adding W3600 units to the existing M9 Plus home mesh system, everything were solved at no time with Deco live chat option

It was fairly easy to set up. I bought the 2 pack but found that 1 of the Deco’s was plenty for my entire 2000 sq ft house, plus the garage. Strongly recommend!
