If you are used to a standard accounting key arrangement, this calculator is not for you. I can use my old Sharp “no look”, but these keys are miles away from the normal layout, and many are on the opposite side. Worst thing- the clear button is where the grand total one should be. Can’t tell you how many times I entered a long list of numbers and hit the clear, thinking it was the total key!

We use this calculator to tally sells at the end of the business day. Number buttons are large and easy to use. Thermal paper does as intended with no issues. We are very pleased with the machine.

I have always hated that the ink dries out on adding machines so fast and often replacement ink cartridges come already dry. Most of my staff had resorted to running “tapes” using Excel which auditors hate. This thermal solution is amazing. Its a bit to get used to the negative not being in red but it’s a small price to pay for legible tapes.

You have to do the addition and such differently than a standard calculator. Takes a little time to understand it (unless you’ve used one all along).
The instructions are helpful.
Prints out clearly.
Easy to use once you learn it.
Great to have for everyday use or for accounting purposes!
