Any order’s on American products should be checked if useable in Australia? Because these are made for the United States, not Australia. Don’t waste your money or time. They are American products and won’t work in Australia. The American electrical connection is useless in Australia.

I got tired of printing 4×6 shipping labels and individually cutting them to fit on my small bubble mailers. I found out you can print 2×7 shipping labels which is why I bought this. I did have to get the 99019 paper separately, but I like this bundle because I have lots of options for various labeling needs. Make sure you push the roll all the way to the left before you feed it through – it doesn’t correct itself and you can’t really correct it once it’s in there without starting over. Software install was no problem. If the tape keeping the rolls secure leave residue, just rip off those labels otherwise it’ll get sticky stuff on your printer.

I purchase this in February 2019, by May 2019 after very little use it started having printing errors and would not print. The only way to get it to print was to power down the printer until it reset. I contacted Dymo customer service in August 2019 after much frustration dealing with all the errors. Dymo customer service was hard to get through to. Most times I called I was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes before a representative picked up. I was walked through the same steps I had been doing and it didn’t resolve the issue each time I spoke to a representative. Eventually I was approved to get a replacement, but was asked to send pictures in a reply email to prove I loaded the labels correctly. It took four phone calls, each time waiting 5-10 minutes for a representative to pick up, for me to explain I never received an email. After the fourth call, I finally received an email with additional steps and photos required to issue a replacement. Eventually I got a label to return the old print and have not heard anything back from Dymo saying they have received my old printer or that they had issued my replacement printer. This has been a frustrating situation and wish I would have purchased another brand.

I purchased the Dymo LabelWriter 450 because it’s the labeler that I used at most of my jobs (office admin.) My experience had been very positive as this is pretty much a “plug & play” labeler. Unpack, plug & use. I wanted one for my own personal use. Imagine my disappointment when I tried printing and it was printing on the wrong orientation. I tried to look for help on youtube and google but lots of other people were having the same issues.
I was ready to pack it up and return it to Amazon, when I decided to e-mail DYMO and let them know about my frustration. I really didn’t think anything was going to happen . Alas! I had a response on my e-mail within 1 day! They e-mailed me instructions and a new driver upgrade and all I had to do was click and download it and that was it! Let me just say that I’m pleasantly surprised by their prompt response and fantastic customer service. Even following up with me to see if everything was working or if I had any other issues. Every now and then I have a notice that there’s an upgrade available and just click and download and I’m ready to go. If you’re on the fence about this labeler, don’t be. At least reach out to Dymo customer service if you have any questions I’m sure they’ll be they’ll walk you through what ever problem or snag you’re having. It’s super easy to use and the labels are relatively inexpensive to buy. I have just what I needed.

Since I was sending my very old desktop to the dustbin of history and moving a newer one to replace it, I knew I needed a label printer to replace my label software as well. I made a good choice.
The onscreen label setup is a bit frustrating, but when finally done the hardware prints great labels. You can use all fonts, colors, etc.
One real problem: no on/off switch, so the printer must be unplugged when you are finished.
Also: the user manual is a bit skimpy on printer use. While the software is intuitive, it is not all that smooth from start to finish.
BUT all things considered, including price, a good deal overall. I am happy with the printer.

Very happy with my purchase. After plying with it for a few minutes and figuring out the settings everything started to run smoothly. I have my own business and I’m using it almost in a daily basis without any issues.
It’s a very nice little label printer. I wish I would off purchased the dual label one, but is not like change label sizes that often.
Only wish that the instructions were more user friendly so as the program that comes with it. It’ll take a bit to get used to and figure it out, but not impossible.
