My daughter needed a bigger binder that had a strap on it since she has to carry so much to class and they are not allowed to have backpacks in class any longer (which is stupid). So, I found this one and ordered it. First, it is HUGE. She is able to fit all of her notebooks and paper inside it, plus a pencil bag for art, two library books and her chromebook for school. There are so many pockets that zip so she can keep other important things, like her inhaler, inside without worrying about them getting broken or falling out. And the whole thing has a zipper around the outside so nothing can fall out as she’s walking.
Second, it comes with a shoulder strap and a handle. The strap is adjustable which is great since she’s a tiny gal. It makes it easy for her to just sling it over her shoulder and go.
So far, it has held up great. I’ll update this review later in the semester to see how it holds up.
Overall, I’m impressed with it for the money. There are a ton of them that are easily double or triple the price of this one and they didn’t have everything on it that she wanted. If you’re looking for a very large trapper keeper like this, I’d highly recommend this one.

Great quality and great price, my teen used it all school year and loved it. No broken zippers and the material held strong, no rips or stitches coming undone!!

This lasted my son through 6th and 7th grade. He is very rough with his things, so two years seems pretty good to me. The main zipper worked fine this whole time, rings worked okay, can’t say he used those much. He mostly stuffed all his docs in the front zippered pocket. Now we need to replace it because the nylon fabric has lost integrity and the cardboard interior is peeping out to say hello! Also the whole thing has warped from repeated exposure to the elements (one of which is my 13 year old son).
I would suggest making the outside zipper compartment more substantial and durable, and replacing the cardboard internal support with more durable and waterproof material.

My son needed eight 3-ring binders for middle school. Heck, no! We got this instead. It holds all the materials for eight classes: folders, dividers, 3-ring paper, music books, even a mesh pouch for his headphones! There is an expanding file system in there, which is perfection for holding sheet music, his planner, regular notebooks and important forms. We also ordered a plastic pouch for his pencils, pens, compass, etc that hooks to the O-rings. What I love about this binder is that the folder edges don’t catch in the zipper. They fit inside. It has a nice shoulder strap, which my son doesn’t use, because he uses the small handle on the side. We ordered three different brands of binders and this was by far the best. The one he started with 3 months ago (the most popular brand of binder) had a broken zipper within a month and the folder edges caught when trying to zip it up. I know this won’t happen with this behemoth because it’s STURDY. Mind you, this monster is really thick (4″ to be exact), and may be too large for your purpose. But for a middle schooler who doesn’t want to deal with multiple 3-ring binders, this baby rocks! This binder also eliminates multiple trips to his locker. From one frazzled mom to another, go ahead and order this zippered piece of awesomeness with confidence, load it up with all your stuff, and don’t worry about a crappy zipper that breaks or gets stuck on the folder corners. You can thank me later!

I bought this binder to store my excessive collection of X-Wing 2.0 cards, and I’ve not been disappointed.
What I liked most about this product was that I could customize it through Amazon: what length binder do I want, 3″ or 4″? Do I want D-rings or O-rings? And what color do I want it in?
I seriously spent an hour trying to find the ideal binder for my collection (soft cover with a zipper, so cards don’t fall out), and I was a bit blindsided by the sheer variety of choices. The closest competitor was either Paper Mate or Mead, and one of them had a ridiculous option where you could pick the size binder, but not the color–it was randomly decided for you! So I might possibly get a hot pink binder when I wanted the gray one! Ridiculous!
So yeah, the competition made it easy to go with Amazon’s brand. I can’t speak about how durable the binder is, but it seems well made, and it’s exactly what I wanted for my collection. No complaints yet.
