This is exactly the product I was looking for. They function as dividers and as holders. The color coding makes it easy to separate and find what I need.
Nurseshark –
Great Product, works like a folder and is a great replacement for one. They are very made from a very sturdy material. Though it may not hold as much as it say it can hold.

I’ve put these in use at our mail counter. Bills come in, get opened and paid. The forms get filed and the monthly chart is checked off. These are durable and both sides have pockets without a ton of bulk. When the year is over the binder gets a label and goes in the filing cabinet. I keep a special pocket for items to go to the accountant (donations) and items that must be kept handy (warranty issues or company dialog).

These pockets can be useful, as long as you are aware that they only hold about half the number of sheets listed in the description. The description states that one pocket holds 30 sheets of paper in each side for a total of 60 sheets. When I found that I could not fit many pages at all into the pockets and still have it fit into a ring binder, I counted out pieces of paper and tested it. Each pocket might hold, at best, 15 sheets on each side, for a total of 30 sheets, and still fit into a ring binder. Even with that few pieces of paper in the pocket, it is difficult to fit the punch holes into the binder rings. Fewer pages would make it easier. You see, the more pages you put into the pocket, the more they cover the punch-holes for the binder rings. The pocket does not expand, but it just comes together in each corner like an envelope, so there are only so many pages that will fit into the corners of the pocket before they must scoot themselves over and cover the punch holes. As long as you only want to put about 10-15 sheets of paper in each side, the product is helpful.
Hannah’s Mom –
So far so good! I bought these to use in my students’ binder as homework folders. They’ve held up well so far and seemed to be made out of durable material.

These are very thick and flexible plastic. Work perfectly in my son’s school binder for keeping track of homework to turn in at school.
UPDATE:
These lasted the whole school year in my son’s binder with minimal wear (and he’s not easy on his binder or its contents). Other than a few dents in the plastic from things pushing on them, they’re as good as new.
