I’m very happy with my 8.5″ x 11″ Blue Sky monthly/weekly planner. It has nice sized squares to write in on the monthly pages, and additional space to write more details on the weekly pages. Great for keeping track of projects and appointments. Nice and sturdy too, and I like the cover design. I also like the spiral binding so the pages lay flat. I’ll definitely be getting another one of this size for the next calendar year.

La agenda es tal y como se ve en las fotos, ya que es grande permite escribir lo suficiente por día, porque en mi caso me gusta escribir tareas a modo check list. Lo único que deberías tomar en cuenta es que las páginas no son muy fuertes y pueden romperse.

It’s a Very useful planner especially if your a visual person like me & need to remember multiple times & events daily. Just open the planner & BOOM you see your whole day/week at one glance. The art designs are nice too! Every Day of the week has the Day & Date, plus 5 lines to write on.
The monthly calendar page has a daily box to write Dr. appointments, any appointments, anniversaries, & Birthdays for the whole month. I also keep all my important Emergency medical information in this planner/journal…meds/insulin brands & dosages/Allergies/etc.
Imagine being unconscious & everyone is trying to figure out when & how much insulin/medication you had taken & at what time? They can see in my glucose tester what my blood reading was, but how do they know which insulin I took or how much & when??? Yeah this happened to a family member…this planner/ journal could be a life saver.
I have been using this brand & style for 6 years now, I use a lot of insulin daily, 2 different kinds plus Meds. I test my blood 4 times a day & write down my carbs at every meal. Who can remember all of that!? When you open the journal you automatically see from left to right a whole weeks worth of daily information at one glance!!! Even my husband & adult children can look in it to see how I’m doing, if they need too, especially in an emergency.
To give you an idea I left an example of how I use it for my daily medical needs below. I also gave a journal /planner to my niece with a baby & a 3 yr old that just started school so she can keep her daily, weekly & monthly reminders. She keeps it next to her “coffee maker” with a pen attached. Every morning while she waits for her daily fuel (coffee) she glances or writes her notes in her planner.
Her typical day might look like:

My endocrinologist doctor LOVES it!!! She can see my Carbs, my insulin intake, the times & the adjustments. I make. She just skims over it quickly but it gives her idea of what I am actually doing between appointments. Along with my testing kit that’s all she needs to know to help me if my A1C’s
are off. It helps me to understand also….. Just look at all the carbs you ate all week.
EXAMPLE below: I write *notes next to date, then I have 5 lines to enter whatever I need.
Line #1 The time, then my glucose reading (120) /my Tresiba insulin & dosage 20 units/my daily meds
Line #2 The Time, Breakfast> 30 carbs/ 3 units of Humalog Insulin
Line #3 The time, my glucose reading (136) Lunch> 30 carbs /3 units Humalog Insulin /81mg Bayer

Another TIP:
This planner is small enough to keep in my kitchen counter “Bread Box” that I use as my “Med Box” next to my refrigerator where I keep all my diabetic supplies/weekly pill box & Emergency medications.
Along with your planner/journal….everything is in one spot!
It’s a stainless steel 16.5″ x 9″ x 6.5″ bread box.
Lots of people have said “Oh that’s a cute bread box”… 😉
I don’t want anyone to see all the medical stuff I have to use & I certainly don’t want my kitchen counter to look like a Drugstore!
