This product is perfect for writing in appointments. It is attractive in a leather case and is not huge and yet not to small.

**note** When I searched for model #G400, I believe I received all that started with G400…. that gave me quite a few to search through. I found it difficult to use the measurements given, but my guess was correct and that cut back my search to the statement that follows.
I did look at my current book for it’s product # G400 and my older versions to verify product #s. Well, that’s when I noticed that “At-a-Glance” had many different ‘product #s & designs’ for their calendar books of the same external size.
I suggest that once you find the calendar size that you want, then look at the internal design pages found after the monthly calendar. In this area you’ll find the primary differences. The types of useable data pages back there may be of interest to many of you. Each book, “model #”, has different functionality data page designs available in it.

I order the At-a-Glance 7″ x 8 3/4″ every year. It’s the perfect size to list appointments. Also, I like that I can view the entire month at one look.

This monthly planner served me well when I was working as an office manager. Now that I’m retired, I still buy the same model every year. Once in a while I try a different brand, but I end up throwing it away and going back to this one. Nothing fancy, but keeps me organized. I’m not quite ready to record appointments on my smartphone’s calendar. For me, there’s nothing like a good well-made, well-designed paper planner that allows me to use colored pens and stickers!

EVERY year for the duration of my 38 year hairstyling career, I buy a “week at a glance”. It gives me enough space on each line to write a name and abbreviated service.
I live by 15 minute increments and few calendar books have it. The paper is a nice quality and pens don’t bleed onto the next page. I like this smaller size so I can throw it in my handbag. I’ve tried other brands and they just don’t live up to the daily use these do. The addition of the clear plastic pocket in the back is great for cash, checks, notes or whatever.
My only con is that this size only comes in boring black. Their larger ones have now gotten into a couple of other colors. Since it’s literally something I use every day a little color would be great! I did put this sticker on it … but how about a pink?
