Really amazingly fine and at a great price.

Pretty self-explainable, the photo paper is thick and is a great canvas for those memorable photos.

Like a million others, I take digital pics, put them on the computer, and there they stay. My wife begs me to give her hard-copy prints of the pics I take of our animals. I know … put them on a flash drive & bring ’em to Walgreens, but it just never happens; again and again, it never happens. Again & again, I never hear the end of it … Until now.
I have an older HP printer (Officejet 5750, All-In-One) that has served us well for years, but I never tried to print photos on it. This is a dual-cartridge printer that, for photo printing, prefers to have the Black cartridge replaced with one that provides not only black, but 2 other colors as well; combined with the usual tri-color print cart, this provides a much wider color palette. (By thw ay, I keep costs down by buying remanufactured cartridges from LDProducts. Never had an issue & their remanned carts don’t void HP’s warranty.)
So I started to crop & print the “keepers” of all the animal shots I had. I was flabbergasted at how good the prints were. It is heavy stock paper, the equal to what you get from any commercial photo developer. They were so good, I just kept printing until I had used almost the entire 100 sheets. All this from a printer that has been out of production for a couple of years, at least.
WANT WALLET PRINTS? I found that, when I did the setup, if I configured portrait shots to print as “landscape” and visa-versa, I go a 2 5/8″ x 4″ pic on one end of the 4″ x 6″ card stock. I could then print again (doing as described above) to get 2 “wallet” prints from a single 4″ x 6″ card. A scissors or (in my case) a metal edge ruler & a utility knife gave 2 great, smaller prints.
I’ve already reordered and, as long as I own an HP printer, I will stick with HP Photo paper. No reason that I can see to try any other.

This HP Advanced Photo Paper turned out to be much higher quality than I needed for the project I’m working on, despite being cheaper than similar weight off-brand paper from Staples.
It’s a nice, thick, glossy photo paper and worked beautifully in my HP Envy 5660 inkjet printer. You can’t accidentally put the paper into the printer the wrong way due to the grey watermarks on the back, which is also quite helpful. Ink dries instantly, colours are good.
It’s hard to beat the combination of HP paper and ink with an HP printer. You might get lucky when mixing and matching brands, or you might not. There’s a lot of R&D involved in producing the inks and papers for each brand of printer, and they’re all a little different. If you want to get it right the first time, sticking with products designed specifically for your printer is always best. And when it’s less expensive that buying generic paper, it’s a no-brainer. Highly recommended for HP inkjet printers.

Fanno belle foto!

This is truly excellent photo paper. I have tried other brands in the past, but this is the first one that offers a fantastic glossy shine and holds ink phenomenally well. When used with a high-quality printer, you would have to look closely to see that these photos were not printed professionally.
This photo paper is a great value, as long as you can overlook the criminally high ink costs that HP charges for their printers. Highly recommended for anyone looking to print stunning, professional-looking photos at home!

Good paper and great price for my small hp 3500 series’s printer

I have three Hewlett-Packard printers. My oldest is the full-color version, the HP Envy 7640, which can print 4×6 photographs. Print & picture quality is first a measure of the intake device – camera or smartphone – and the skill of the photographer. Next is the quality of its reproduction onto photographic paper. The HP Advanced Photo Paper is a perfect choice for consistent quality, ease of use, and price point, whether you are using an HP device or any other inkjet printer. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
