This was horrible! The box was torn open and 2 reams of paper were missing.

The boxes are ugly; the product is great. It works with fewer jams than higher-priced paper in pretty, neat boxes. I did get one box with only 4 reams (should be 5), contacted the seller with pics, and was very satisfied with their response.

the paper has never jammed after more than 10 years and many cases of paper. Some of the reams have even been cracked open. there is no easy way to get the paper from the truck to the door. very good value for the money. this is being used in a xerox7835.

I order 4 boxes of 11 x 17 paper. Boxes where delivered so badly damaged that the paper around the reams were all torn. Boxes taped back up. One box had a whole ream missing. The box was taped back. The Product is great! The delivery was less than one would expect.
