This amazingly small but powerful little heater makes my large apartment bedroom toasty in no time and does it remotely! No longer must I travel across the room to adjust the wall unit. Unfortunately, its small BLACK remote control device has GRAY symbols which make its buttons VERY difficult to see, but not worth a star. Hey, itโs not the heaterโs fault! ๐
NOTE TO MANUFACTURERS: Speaking of the little black remote control with dark gray symbols you can hardly seeโit needs serious improvement. I didnโt want to ding you a star for this unbelievable failure because the heater definitely is a 5-star product. But come on guys, gray symbols on a black background? What were you thinking? Please fix/improve the remote control device for your wonderful little heater. It really is completely unacceptable unless the user has 20/20 and a flashlight!
Making it backlit like my TVโs remote when itโs moved/picked up likely would be too expensive, but wouldnโt that be great!?! Please? ๐

Works really well. Has a remote control as well as an Alexa skill. Comforting! Only drawback is if this is off for 24hours you have to turn it back on physically, not on the remote or with Alexa.

You can thank your โelectedโ officials for the only drawback of the whole package, the automatic shutoff after 24 hours. Would be nice to make this attribute configurable, with a max of 24h, but it is what it is.

I purchased this heater back in May 2023 and loved it from the start. However, the sensor that regulates the room temperature starts to malfunction over constant use. I use it every day within my bedroom along with the Dreo Tower Fan, which I bought before the heater and still works great. I am not sure if it is because they are looking at each other through the app but the Ambient Temperature always seems to be misleading and different between the devices. Because of this, the heater ‘thinks’ it is warmer than it actually is and constantly shuts off when it is too hot when in fact it is not. I have used a can of compressed air (thinking there was dust on the sensor) but that does not resolve the issue. If anyone else has had this same issue, I would love to hear how this was fixed on your own device. I am still happy with my purchase but starting to become a pain trying to get it to work recently.

I purchased the Dreo Space Heater, expecting a reliable source of warmth for indoor use, but it has been nothing but a headache. After just a few uses, it started giving the “FH” error, and now it keeps shutting off randomly. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but nothing works. It’s frustrating to deal with a malfunctioning product, especially when I needed it the most. I had high hopes for this heater, but unfortunately, itโs completely unreliable. I had to return to right away and I should have listen to the other 1 star reviews and not purchased and avoid the retun hassle. I Would definitely not recommend!

I purchased this brand originally when we needed a humidifier and were so impressed that when we needed a space heater we decided to try it again and definitely made the right choice! We have had the heater for months now and it works great! The ability to control it from our phones is a game changer. The app is easy to use and create schedules and tells us if the heater is ever moved or tipped over which oddly enough has happened and thankfully it shut off immediately, just as advertised! Extremely happy with our purchase and will buy this brand again if we ever need anything else!

I bought the wifi enabled atom model. The heater function itself works very well. Itโs a well made compact very powerful heater that can operate at 1500, 900 and 700 watts. You can also set an eco mode and set a temperature. It auto cycles to maintain the temperature at the set levels. It also has the oscillation function to distribute heat evenly around the room.
It has great safety features too. It shuts off if moved or tipped. It shuts off after 24 hours and cannot be started again until you press a button on the control label or the remote.
But the best feature of this heater is that it is app and alexa enabled. You can control all functions via the app. You can also give it alexa commands to start stop set the temperature and set it oscillating. I have not so far been able to figure out the voice commands for heat mode H1, H2 and H3.
Through alexa you can ask it to shit off or restart at a particular time. For example turn it off after an hour or turn it on at 6:00AM etc

This is a great heater! It has a small footprint but putts out an amazing amount of heat for its size. It’s made very well and sturdy with ap and a lot of features. The safety features are very nice especially if you want to use it at night when you are sleeping. We use it in the bedroom but can be used in any room.
The remote control works perfectly, and also works with iPhone app or by Alexa command. It’s great because you can be in bed and say, ‘Alexa turn on Heater’ without getting up in the cold room :-).
For a small-sized heater, this is recommended, and you can’t beat the price.
