I’ve tried a handful of toaster-oven air-fryer devices, and this has been my favorite thus far, even without using the 100 preset programs which I’m honestly never gonna use. It also has some features that seem like they’re there just to add a “feature” or it’s not really clear what it does, like what’s the difference between Sear and Grill, or what’s the dedicated Preheat mode? Downsides are the cooking volume is a little small compared to the unit’s size, and it takes a while to heat up.
A few things of note:
+ Interface is intuitive enough if you’re not using the preset programs. Very responsive buttons.
+ I like that you can granularly change how the heating power is distributed between top and bottom. Interesting to experiment with.
+ Lock out function to prevent accidental button presses if you have kids/etc.
+ Plug area at the rear of the grill plate seems to be metal, an improvement over earlier versions where that was plastic and could melt at higher temps.
++ Door appears to be double pane like a “regular” oven door, and it has a silicone (?) seal to the cooking compartment too, both making for better heat and air retention. Still gets hot to the touch though.
~ Cooking/Oven compartment isn’t huge (pic w/rough measurements), so I dunno about fitting a whole chicken (much less a whole chicken AND a tray of fries) in there like some of the current product pics. Completely empty, it’s about 11.25” wide, 7.25” high (6.5” if you account for the in-oven light), and 10” deep. With grill plate and drip tray below it in, you’re left with 5.25” height (4.5” if counting the light which sticks out at the top left front). It’ll need to be a small/flat chicken.
~ Air fry “basket” isn’t very deep, less than a finger’s width. Generally it’s better to air fry stuff in a single layer anyways, but it’d still be nice if it was deeper.
~ Door kinda clicks when closing/opening, so you need a bit of force when opening/closing.
~ Beeps are a bit on the loud side. Good for those hard of hearing or multitasking, slightly annoying for nearby neighbors/fam members/etc. There isn’t a volume control as far as I can find.
~ Power cord is about 37” long, coming from the top left (when viewing the back) corner of the back side, so it’ll need to be pretty close to an outlet.
– Temperature when airfrying is a little uneven, with the rear giving noticeably crispier results than the front, even with the well insulated door. Using the Combo mode (i.e. the fan, upper heating element, and heated grill plate) seems to help.

The dedicated grill plate with the embedded heating element is EVERYTHING!!! It easily heats up to 500 degrees and gives you a PERFECT sear!!! My first night using it I made lamb chops & grill roasted broccolini. It came out PERFECT and I didn’t even use the probe. The chops were seared perfectly on the outside & moist & juicy on the inside. The broccolini was char roasted to perfection, and cleanup was a breeze.
I can’t say enough about this unit!!! It’s really PERFECT!!!
