Nice but, immediately starts to countdown the time set for the bake function after the preheat temperature is reached. It should pause when preheated so yo don’t have to stand there and watch it.

As I began setting it up, I downloaded the app. The first thing in the terms of use is it spies on you unnecessarily. I will update this review as I go over what it can do without the app.
It cooked chicken tenders really well. They came out nice and crispy with no fiddling around thanks to the expanded metal basket. The controls were intuitive and worked well and easily.

We love this convection oven. It is advertised as an air fryer, but we do not use it as an air fryer!! It does not work well as one. But we bake, toast, broil, reheat, and lots of other things using it. This is our second one. The first one had the top coil burn out but the Asurion product protection covered it. We researched and researched and could not find another we liked as much so bought another. This is such a nice oven. We love a smaller convection oven so we don’t heat the kitchen in the summer. This does such a fantastic job of everything we use it for. We use it at least twice a day if not more. We have another item for air frying which is a dedicated air fryer.

My main concern is that the knob to change settings; temp and time, pause, and start is very loose and wobbly. I can’t find any information on the Cosori CTO-R251S smart air fryer toaster oven on the Cosori site or anywhere online to see if this is normal.
Otherwise it doesn’t seem to make things as crispy or cook as fast as I expected; but I’ve only had it for a week or so. I’ve air fried zucchini, chicken legs, made toast, baked cornbread (it was good), and reheated leftovers.
It does take up a lot of space on the counter especially since you have to keep it quite far away from everything as it gets very hot on the outside,. I worried about the electrical outlet, countertop and underneath the top cupboards getting too hot. It does cook a good amount of food.
The trays etc. are easy to clean up but none of them are super sturdy. I haven’t been able to find much for other accessories for things like pans for cake, bread, etc. .
If I can find out that there isn’t a problem with the knob. heating/cooking issues, and find some customer support, I will update.

I use it constantly to bake or air fry chicken, potatoes, and vegetables. Toast is easy. I love it! I had to read the directions to learn how to operate it but mostly it’s obvious and not hard to learn. Saves me from having to use my oven and doesn’t heat up the kitchen as much.
One thing that was odd — my neighbor ordered the same model about 2 weeks later and it’s been changed so there is no power button on hers (there is a power button on mine). It made it more confusing to operate but we figured it out.

This little oven does EVERYTHING. I wanted a new toaster, toaster oven, and dehydrator, and found this guy that has ALL those functions and more, so it’s a fantastic space saver. Heats up super fast, cooks thoroughly, and leaves items crispy where they should be and soft where they shouldn’t. Great purchase.

My home doesn’t allow a reg stove with an oven so I had to look for alternative ways to bake. This was listed as one of the top 5 on the consumer report I read. Amazon seem to get almost nothing but good reports also. It was a little more than I wanted to spend. With that said, it came perfectly packaged, and on time. I’ve only used the bake and airfryer functions so far. Setting the timer and temp has been a challenge for me, but I hooked it up to my alexa, and she sets the temperature, then I just have alxea set a separate timer for me to check. Seems to work for me. One of the reasons I picked this one is because I want to be able to bake bread in it. I saw one Pic of a perfectly loaf that cooked in it. Today I am trying out the slow cook function. Excited!

The oven itself is very sturdy. You can cook anything in it that you can cook in your oven. It cuts my cooking and baking time and half it cooks things thoroughly and evenly, temperature is accurate. Picking your setting is easy adjusting the temperature is easy. Everything I have cooked in it has been great. From toast to baking sourdough bread, piecrust, roasting vegetables, beef tips with mushrooms you name it I’ve cooked it in the Cosori. Easy cleanup, and it’s nice looking!
I read a review where somebody was upset that it did not have an on off button. If you hold in the button on the top right corner that starts and pauses the cooking time it will shut down and return to the menu within a few minutes. it shuts down on its own. Very easy to operate. 5 stars!
