We got this because the video that was shown on the page where I ordered the item made it sound like this had ALL attachments that would allow dicing and bread kneading in addition to the other functions. Turns out this particular model only had the basic attachments and there was nowhere to order the addons so we just had to return it.

Thos product was so complicated me or my daughter could not figure it out. Lots of money with the blade used the most missing.So many pieces to put together to make it work and no 0k top was very fragile.

I purchased this to replace one that had lived a long full life. This food processor works well; however, I was very disappointed that there was no dough attachment. It was a bit deceptive in the advertising – there is a space for one in the storage caddy but it does not come with the purchase. It was on me that I used this before I realized it, so I will keep it and use another appliance for dough. Good product but I would not have purchased it if I had realized this.

purchased this before the holidays and we used it to the max for all of our cooking needs. We used all the different blades and options that came with the product. I only wish we had an option to get the dough blade as this version does not come with the dough blade and I can’t find out how to purchase just the dough blade.

I have always loved my KitchenAid products. I made this purchase a year or so ago and got exactly the model I wanted. I really wanted the dicing blade, and also the self-storage features. The dicing blade works great. The self-storage required some major training, but both my husband and I can now get it tucked away in minutes. The only disappointment was when the latch broke off, making the using of this food processor a 2-person job! I was so disappointed and couldn’t find parts to just replace the top piece that held the latch anywhere. Then, a few weeks later, I spotted the same unit for sale on Amazon, but without the dicing blade and extra accessories. Since it was Amazon Day also, the price was cheaper… We decided it was worth buying this lesser feature model to use as “replacement parts”. It was a splurge for us. I am VERY careful now with how we run the processor, being extra cautious so as to not break off another latch. If it happens again, we’ll likely have to say goodbye to KitchenAid Food Processors. Buyer beware!
