Once you figure how the “time” display works, it’s very easy to use. Cleans up well too.
One thing I’ll never understand about manufacturers is that they always say to Not use metals in nonstick cookware & yet a metal roasting rack is always included. Not that that is a problem. I simply don’t use it but if they’re going send something like that, why not make it useful? Silicone comes to mind… otherwise it’s a great product .

Easy to use and easier to clean. I purchased this for the roasting pot because my old mini roaster has seen better days. I expected to store it in the cabinet. It is staying on the countertop because I find I’m using the griddle pan more than I expected…for eggs, sausage links, grilled sandwiches, pancakes as well as burgers, chicken.

This multi cooker gets one star because it technically turns on. But if something goes wrong, do not expect GreenPan, The Cookware Company or its representatives to be in any way helpful. As can be seen in the photos, the pan chipped under normal slow-cooking conditions after two uses while I was strictly following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
When I contacted GreenPan, they stated, “Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard…. Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings…. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths…. Even if the aluminum is exposed, the amount of aluminum [Reviewer’s note: Where’s the mention of aluminum in the Amazon listing?] exposure with acidic foods is no more than absorbed normally in our every day lives”.
This is a direct quote from a series of emails essentially claiming that chipping coating is a feature. So definitely get this cooker if you want to double your aluminum exposure and like a nice robust crunch of ceramic with in your BBQ beef spare ribs.
To add insult to injury, the replacement pan that GreenPan eventually sent out was warped as can be seen in the photos (even though the shipping box was in good condition). Interestingly enough, the “normal” ceramic chipping did not occur despite the warping. It’s almost as though the advertised hardness of the ceramic coating is total garbage.

This works very well and is very easy to clean. When I cook my chicken breast in this pan they come out very moist compared to a regular pan where they come out on the dry side.
