Easy to use and heated up fast

Had for a few months now, and so far I like it. I haven’t gone off the deep end measuring accuracy or anything, but it heats quickly, beeps audibly (not too loud) and pours comfortably into my pour over coffee maker. Controls are easy to understand & it looks OK on the countertop.

This is my most heavily used electrical item in the kitchen. I use it multiple times a day for 3 years. Never heard of the Comfee brand before I bought it. But now, it’s like the most reliable thing I own. Heats up a full pot in just a few minutes. Still looks great. No leaks or anything.

My old kettle was on its last leg. I found this one and it’s amazing. The design, matte black is beautiful. The LED screen is big enough to see and it’s easy to use. A few things to know. It comes with presets. 3 main ones for BOIL, TEA & COFFEE. Then there are 7 other temperatures presets between 140-212. You can’t set an exact number for example, I like my coffee at 205 but in this kettle 206 is the option which doesn’t bother me. And it’s not expensive. Recommend for those who want to save money but also want a beautiful kettle.

Before use this kettle I didn’t realize this kettle will be so useful for a pour over coffee lover like me.
Pros:
a.It will heat the water so fast that I don’t need to wait more than 3 minutes to start the pour over;
b.It can keep the water warm at the temperature as you need, so you don’t need to reheat the water when you start another round of pour over;
c.The spout of the kettle is in a good shape so I can easy control the water current and amount.
Cons:
The power cord should be longer since I like to move the kettle to the corner after use, but the cord is not long enough to do that.

I have been using this at work now for a while and it’s great! My coworker has a similar electric kettle that they paid over double what this one costs and this thing does all the same functions and is better IMHO. It does what it is advertised to do and does it well. I use it for making my pour over coffee. Cleaning is easy, because I only ever use water in it so no issues there.
Value: At $39.50 at the time of review for the 0.6L version, this is a great deal.

As sleek as this looks and well built it seems there are a couple trade offs. First being the control panel. Selecting coffe tea or other gives you a preselected temp. To adjust you use the +/- buttons. Intuitive right? Well it first automatically decreases to a lower value in that buttons range. To a very random number then the increases are in weird intervals like 14 or 23 something weird it doesn’t go up by 1 degree or even 5. So that confuses me every time. Then putting the kettle back in the base it automatically keeps warm even if the kettle is empty so you have to tell it to stop. Lastly the most egregious error is the temp it’s self. It said 175 but my thermometer was reading 162. Thermometer is accurate because it reads 68 which is exactly what I have my house set at. I ran the test multiple times and always got a 10+ degree temp difference. Unfortunately I will have to return this
