These pots, pans and lids, were packaged to perfection. Maybe even too well, if that’s possible. The merchandise is packed in what looks like pull out drawers: but, tightly and a bit difficult to remove. Patience is required as to not scratch anything. With that said, everything in the box is in pristine condition! Made scrambled eggs with onions, cheese and spinach with less than two teaspoons of oil. Nothing stuck to the pan whatsoever. Everything cooked evenly. Excellent heat dispersion. After the pan cooled, all that was needed was a good rinse. No sponge or soap required.
Pots and pans are a perfect weight and non-cumbersome to handle. Beautiful as well as, functional!
Slowly warm pans to desired heat, without overheating or leaving empty on the burner too long. Wait til pans cool before washing. Submerging or soaking any hot cookware in soapy water will cause warping. Store with a paper towel or linen napkin between pans to avoid scratching.
I honestly don’t believe reviews showing chipped, mangled and scratched pans. There is literally no way for that to happen. Contents are securely packed between cardboard and plastic bags in a retail box. Additionally, the retail box is packed in an exterior shipping box! I sent my daughter the identical set in a different state. Hers arrived exactly as mine. Applause to the company for their well planned, outstanding packaging!

Horrible product. Non-stick is gone after just a few uses. Save your money and buy any other pan. No support at all from the manufacturer. I would love to return but I bought it as a gift and didn’t use it till after the amazon refund window.

Please don’t waste your money on these pots. I know they look beautiful but after six months, you will not be happy. I promise you.
I searched and bought these pots because Teflon or even Circulon pots pit and when they pit the toxins come through… so I was very particular about that. I love Martha Stewart personally I do! I trusted these pots would be fabulous and just as stated last a good long time. I trusted in her name on them. They actually come with a lifetime warranty.
I own them for only six months now, and I bought them because of the promise they would last and not pit if taken care of properly. I bought a set of silicone utensils to use on them. I was very very careful with them and I babied them and I loved them. Now every single one of my pots pitted… I have to send them back and pay the postage myself for them to LOOK AT MY POTS and see if they will exchange them.
Even though they asked me for pictures… and I sent pictures and I even showed them the silicone utensils I used. I heard nothing back. I have to spend all of that postage to return them and it’s just not even worth it.
Just look for something else. Remember the reason we are buying these is so we don’t get the toxins from the pits in the pots. As careful as I was every one of them is pitted after six months.

Everything about them I love. Everyone who comes over literally compliments my pots and pans. They cook well, and evenly and I love them. Id say the ONLY slight flaw I’ve found so far is if you accidentally rub like pan on your sink or counter or other pots and pans the coating does scratch off a little bit. But they are truly non stick and non toxic (at least that’s what they say) so these are a 9.5/10 for me!

I was gifted this set for Christmas 2023. It is now March 2024 and I can safely say this is the worst cookware I’ve ever owned. It does NOT clean. I knew when we bought white pots that they’d need a bit more upkeep, but I expected them to last longer than a few month. I’ve tried so many techniques and it won’t come off. The staining in the photos came from frying PEPPERS a month ago. The lids cause scratching on all the pot rims. The lids are discoloring. We will use a while longer because we can’t afford to replace them right now, but the second I can toss these I will. For $250 I expected more.

Later update: while I am not happy about the chips and scratches, I changed my rating after cooking in these pots. I do like them. They are light enough, the handle doesn’t get hot, the food doesn’t stick, and they are easy to clean. I handwash them to hopefully prolong their life.
There are several chips, scratches, and stains on this new set that I just purchased. Not what I expected for the price. 🙁 Returning is too much hassle.
