me gusto bastante el molde, si cumple la función de separar los brownies y cortarlos, le doy 4 estrellas por que el material es bueno pero muy delgado, podría abollarse muy rápidamente al lavar o al caerse, aun así volvería a comprar otro, lo recomiendo 👌🏼

Purchased this for brownies, cake bars, etc… I tried using it both during cooking as just as a cutter after cooling. It really works great to use as a cutter. When I used while cooking, I missed a couple of spots and my brownies started to tear. I had to go around the edges of the divider with a knife to get them out cleanly.
I cooked some cake bars and just used it as a cutter and it worked fantastic. It has a removal tray that goes in the pan as well so you can cut, remove everything using the tray, store your goodies and clean up is a breeze.

I have been searching for years for a solution to overdone edges and an underdone middle when baking bars and cakes in a 9×13 pan. spent a lot of time trying to figure out what kind of metallic thing i could put in the middle of the pan to conduct heat to the center. This not only does the trick but leaves you with precut pieces. A little bit of a pain to clean and the bars are a bit difficult to get out if the volume of the batter rises above the rack but still worth it to have each piece perfectly baked.

This exceeded my expectations! I don’t have great knife skills and my brownies always looked “homemade.” Now they look like a professional made them! My only complaint is that one of the dividers was slightly bent, but could be straightened. Great product!

Este set es bastante completo, yo esperaba una sola pieza y mi sorpresa fue que son 3 piezas que me ayudan perfecto a cortar todos mis brownies del mismo tamaño, con la charolita que tiene adicional ayuda mucho a sacar del molde los brownies sin dañarlos y el molde principal es de muy buen tamaño y no se pega. Lo que si sugiero, es usar el cortador cuando los brownies estén fríos.

Have been using other Chicago Metallic bakeware for a while and add this to my inventory recently. And it did not disappoint me. The size, non-stick surface and the quality is exactly as expected.
My only complaint is that the batter keeps going under the tray. And that makes it difficult to remove the brownies after done. But I think that’s expected with these things.

Llego rapidísimo! El envío súper bien envuelto, todo padrisimo, los utilice en un par de días y se me quemaron un poco los brownies! Por lo tanto se me pegaron horrible al molde porque no le puse suficiente aceite o mantequilla lo que sea! Pero lo realmente bueno de todo esto es que limpiarlo fue súper fácil y sin rallarlo o maltratarlo! Muy buen producto!
