This is a great cookie sheet pan and anything else you want to use it for. Good size.. I bake once a week and it is very safe and easy to clean. I think it is great! I also use the silopat which is a time saver keeps pan looking like new. Less oils on your bakeware.

Great workhorse pan gets the job done (and that job is BAKE COOKIES!). I love that this pan is made in the US–makes me feel good when I use it. AND…it’s just a really good pan. I made chocolate chip cookies and used a bit a parchment under them and they cooked up like a dream. They were evenly baked (hooray…didn’t appear to have any hot spots!) and the pan held its shape. Some cheaper pans that I’ve used buckle a bit when I cook with them. This was a really well-priced pan for being made in America. I’m smitten!

I ordered this as I had found a Focaccia recipe that said to cook it in a jelly roll pan
So it’s definitely not just for desserts.
Mine arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I got to use it tonight for the first time and it worked beautifully. My focacchia vooked beautifully and did not stick at all.
Just worked perfectly as it should. I’ve read elsewhere that other jelly roll pans sometimes warp. But nothing like that happened with this one All was Flawless.

It is a good, heavy-duty pan — not flimsy — and doesn’t warp. I think most people would be very pleased. The only drawback for me personally is that the pan is almost TOO big — i.e., it barely fits into my oven and/or broiler — and because it is too big to rest flat on the bottom of my sink, I hold onto it (pick it up with one hand) while washing. (Sorry, don’t have dimensions handy at time of this writing.)

I love this pan and it cleans up nicely. Barely a spray of non-stick spray and the chicken breasts I roasted came out beautiful. Even though there was the requisite sticky browned bits, a quick wash and it looks as good as new! Granted, I did not leave it sitting around after my food was cooked. I removed the meat and rinsed it down immediately. Then after my meal, I gave it a quick scrub and rinsed and wiped it dry.
