I bought these bc my husband will often drop something sticky on our floor and I can’t get it up with a paper towel and I don’t want to damage the floor scraping at it. Same goes for our countertops. Is it jelly? Is it gum? Who knows. I just spray a little foaming soap or water on it, wait a few, and scoop it up! Sorry I can’t help on the baking side, but they are very sturdy.

This works well for scraping dishes, but the texture catches dirt and grime and it’s hard to keep clean. The edge also doesn’t stay straight and clean, it gets kind of torn up after awhile. But for the price that’s expected.
