I don’t cook much ground meat often but when I do, I loathe breaking out the wooden spoon and breaking my wrist over the next 20 minutes chopping the meat up into nice small pieces.
This thing is a game changing way to cook ground meat. Cut the time to break apart the meat to under a few minutes and way easier to use than a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Super impressed with the results and glad to have this utinsil in my kitchen supply.
The video is chopping up 93/7 lean ground beef which, I’ll add, can do ONE HANDED now.

It seems like the prime directive at Oxo is to go through every possible kitchen gadget and do better at a reasonable price point. These sorts of meat choppers are an essential tool if you regularly cook with ground meat. Instead taking a wooden spoon and bashing away for half an hour at your taco meat (or whatever) you can use a tool like this to quickly separate the meat so it cooks evenly and gives you a nice uniform product.
When my rather flimsy old one cracked, I did a search, and no surprise, Oxo now makes one. I’ve been using it for a couple of months. Looks like it will last much longer than me. Works great.

Prima Teil. Hackfleisch lässt sich in der Pfanne damit vergleichsweise einfach zerteilen. Man kann bequem von oben Druck ausüben und durch die drei Kanten sehr effektiv. Das rote Ende ist flexibel, so kann man sogar am Pfannenrand gut längwischen. Wirkt auch vom Material und von der Verarbeitung her gut. Kann in den Geschirrspüler. Hält bisher tadellos. Nimmt nur etwas Platz weg. Ich bin absolut zufrieden.

La verdad me sorprendió no sabía que podía existir algo así. La compre para probarla pues mi esposa hace lasaña de carne y es un problema el deshacer la carne despues de cocerla para colocarla y hornear. Pues éste aparato lo solucionó. No se como Pero va dándole la vuelta y lo del fondo lo saca a la superficie y viceversa. Al final sólo es cuestión de darle un último toque y ya. Aún no encuentro la función de la parte roja pero es ampliamente recomendada.
