This is a versatile kitchen gadget that makes slicing fruits like eggs, bananas, and strawberries a breeze. Its creative design allows for efficient and precise slicing and makes meal preparation a more enjoyable experience. Its compact size and ease of use make it a convenient tool for everyday use. I prefer to use it on strawberries and bananas. The slices come out perfect every time. I think its worth it to note that you still have to use a knife to remove the stem off the strawberries or cut the vegetables or fruits down to a size to make it slicable. This is probably the only downside I see of this. But for the price and value, I would say its worth it.

Once I learned how to properly use this tool, it has making slicing that much easier! I use it most to slice my strawberries, but as you can see from photos, it has a wide application. It doesn’t explicitly say in the description dishwasher safe, but I’ve cleaned mine in our dishwasher and haven’t had any issues thus far.

It squashed the strawberries, eggs, and bananas. Nothing was cut cleanly, and most items were a mess. If I find that it works for any other item, I will add that to this review.

The kids love using these to cut through their fruit. We use them most days (with supervision) and we cut through berries, bananas, kiwi, and pretty much anything else. We’ve also done hard boiled eggs. Cuts neatly, evenly, and the kids love to help. Big plus, they are eating more fruits with lunch. Easy to clean, these just pop in the dishwasher.

I tried, but I honestly don’t get this slicer. And why are all of the blades shaped the same, instead of offering a variety dicing options. I find this to be a waste of space when I can only use one at a time performing the same function. Ok no problem slicing a banana, but I didn’t have much success slicing a medium density strawberry. Almost everything I tried got stuck in the blade half way through the slicing process.
There were zero instructions included, so I’m guessing some of this could possibly be human error. Usually, here is where I head over to YouTube for a video tutorial, but honestly my interest wasn’t peaked enough. I don’t understand the overall design concept and felt this company didn’t care enough to explain.

Everything came in the box. I was able to follow instructions, and it turned out great. Perfect slices every time.

First there are no instructions whatsover or hints on how to slice different foods. Previous reviews have said that the slice smashes the food. I agree with that to some degree. I ordered this to slice mushrooms for dehydrating. I had to try various angles of doing it until I figured out the best way. For mushrooms, set the mushroom on the cutting board with the cap on the board and the stem sticking up (so basically upside down). Then push the cutter onto the stem and it slices pretty good. Let the mushroom that is cut stay inside the container while continuing to do more mushrooms until the container is full, then dump out the slices. Repeat until all mushrooms are slices. You will get a few stragglers that are not uniform, but overall this was okay. I did not find it difficult to clean. I just wipe the baldes with a kitchen brush and water and they are clean. This came with 3 slicers so I guess when a blade gets too dull, you use another slicer. I don’t really know. I thought originally that each one had a different size slicer blade but that is not true. ALl 3 are the same..just different colors. I don’t have experience with strawberries or anything else…but it did work for the mushrooms. My impression is that is should work fine for firm strawberries…but not on soft ones.
