I really like the way this looks. Pat’s of are not easily assembled. The pins to keep the hamper door from opening to fast just fall out after a few uses. The upper door does not attach in a very secure manor. Had to go buy hinges to attach it properly.

I got this for kitchen storage, not bathroom. It’s very space-saving as it’s tall rather than wide. It comes with the parts to secure it to the wall, but I didn’t need that. It hasn’t shown any signs of tipping. Of course if you have young kids at home, you would probably want to take the extra precaution. It took about an hour and a half to put together. It’s a DIY kit: all in pieces that you put together. It comes with all the hardware, but no tools. However, only a screwdriver is needed. The instructions are clear and thankfully every part is marked with a number or letter to match with the instructions. So just allow some time to work on it. It’s really nice and looks great in the kitchen. It did have a smell kind of like varnish or lacquer, but not super strong. After a few days, the smell was gone. All in all, I love it. Just be aware to allow some time for assembly.

TLDR: this thing took me 4.5 hours to build and was unnecessarily difficult to build.
i have built many things in the past and none of them have been as difficult to build as this one. i wanted to build it as soon as i got it, and as you can see in the first two pictures, the wood was cut oddly and some of the “cut” wood stayed inside the gaps so i had to pick it out with a screwdriver. i had to put off building this storage thing for 2 days because one of the panels (J) did not have the holes drilled in properly so i needed to buy a separate handheld drill to make them myself (1.5 mm drill bit worked). then the pull-out part for the laundry basket was really hard to assemble because the instructions were rather unclear. the third image is a picture i took trying to align the hinges with the holes which alone took me almost an hour to figure out. on top of that, the basket doesn’t look nearly big enough to fit a whole week’s worth of clothes (dog for reference; she’s about 8 pounds and a small poodle-terrier mix).
ANYWAY… the final result looks nice and it functions as it should, so no complaints there, and it wasn’t too pricey. BUT, like i said, it was WAY too hard to assemble. im pretty sure i have some crooked screws as a result of not being able to align the dang holes; im sure it’ll hold though.
in conclusion, was it worth it? i guess so. i just wish there was a little more effort put into the creation of each wood part. you get what you pay for, i guess!!
