Los recipientes de cristal de Amazon Basics son de esos productos que terminan haciéndote la vida mucho más fácil. Este set de 14 piezas (7 envases con sus respectivas tapas) es perfecto para quienes buscan organizar su cocina de manera eficiente sin sacrificar calidad. El cristal es resistente, asà que no tienes que preocuparte si los metes al microondas, el horno (sin la tapa) o incluso al congelador. Y cuando llega la hora de limpiar, directo al lavavajillas sin problemas.
Una de las cosas que más me gusta es el cierre hermético de las tapas, que evita derrames y mantiene la comida fresca por mucho más tiempo. Si sueles preparar comidas con antelación o necesitas llevarlas al trabajo, estos envases son una maravilla. Además, al ser de cristal, puedes ver lo que guardaste sin tener que abrir cada uno, lo cual te ahorra tiempo.
Es un producto práctico, pero también seguro, ya que está libre de BPA, asà que no tienes que preocuparte por componentes dañinos. These containers are just what I needed to replace my plastics. The closing mechanisms are spill proof. Store easily as some nest into others. I like that we can microwave safely in these. They are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The glass is thick and durable. I’ll buy these again.

The concept is a good idea. Unfortunately, the lids try to fight you. When you click one side and try to close the other, the first pops open. The pieces do not all nest together. So they take a lot of space in the cupboard. But they are waterproof tight when you can close them. They also work well in the freezer.

I have been looking for airtight container for a while and no other brand really offer this variety and quality at this price. Sometimes it’s a tiny bit difficult to close the lid but it works fine honestly. Water splashes around (especially from the lids) when I try to hand-wash them so I usually put them in the dishwasher. Once again, I love that it offers various sizes and it’s perfect for many food storage scenarios. Keep in mind that it doesn’t completely seal the smell. It is definitely airtight because I tested with water and no leakage at all. But things like onions still make the fridge smell. Internet says this happens with any airtight container due to particles going through the plastic. So this one is great, I absolutely recommend

These seem durable (even the plastic lids!) and I love the variety of sizes. Easy to put away leftovers and definitely will hold up (my kid wasn’t the most graceful with it on the counter and it didn’t break). I love glass containers for the safety of my food and these are as nice as the brand ones.

Die Dosen sind super und im Verhältnis sehr günstig, bei anderen Anbietern zahlt man schnell 10-15 € mehr.
Das Glas ist dick und wirklich schwer. Die Behälter können daher auch mal auf den Boden fallen. Nur wenn sie auf die Ecken fallen, zerspringen sie sofort, es ist halt Glas. Die Deckel schließen 100% dicht, ich transportieren auch Suppe damit. Die großen Dosen fassen eine gute Portion für eine Mahlzeit, die kleinen Dosen nutze ich mehr für Beilagen oder für Pudding.
Alles ist spülmaschinenfest.
Alles in allem kann ich dieses Set nur empfehlen.

One problem I had had with these in the past is that the lids refuse to remain clipped to the lip of the glass container. They just randomly pop off. Even when I go to put food in the container it is popping off as I close it. Meanwhile my pyrex dish remains closed at any given time. It required a bit of effort to close it, but at least I know it remains sealed. Even if I do get these closed the lid begins to pop off while sitting in the fridge. These are supposed to be air tight and remain sealed to hold food, not just randomly pop off. The other near part is I noticed some scratches on the glass which actually feels pretty deep. I’ve these for almost a year but looks like I may be able to return them and I actually dislike them so much that I may do just that and invest in quality. Amazon Basics is NOT quality and these should be avoided.
