It is a beautiful grill, but once we unwrapped the grill we saw it was damaged in multiple areas, the stainless steel lid had a dent, the black area had chips in the paint and dents. It seems like it was dropped and then assembled with the stainless steel parts, because the box was undamaged. Very disappointing, donโt want to risk buying another one and have the same thing happen. Already returned it and waiting for my refund.

The media could not be loaded.
There is a missing screw, the ignition feature was not installed correctly and I had to repair it. There are many scratches on the unit because the assembly person was careless.

Easy to assemble, it works great. It can get very high temperatures if you want to. It cooks amazing, very few flames. And it is very easy to clean.

The whole order, delivery and assembly scheduling was so easy. I never thought to order a Gas grill from Amazon, but I am going to recommend it to everyone I know. The delivery came on time, the Amazon employees that delivered and assembled the grill were really professional and did a great job! The only issue I had was trying to light it, the automatic ignition did not work. So, I need to look into that issue, but we were able to light it with a match.

Igniter would not work after installing it and they would not send a replacement – just a refund and I have to buy a new one. several panels were dented but fixable. Alignment of holes was pretty poor – a little bit hard to assemble.

Very happy with the unit. Heat and cooking wise everything I needed. Bought one for my out of state son too. My only wish would be to have entire below cabinet fully enclosed like what I had before. It’s not a deal breaker, in Arizona, with pretty dry weather. Just what I was used to.

A fresh review Out the Box
-Arrived quickly and delivered in a good condition. Couple of Dents in box and some areas in the grills but nothing major.
-A single mom of a toddler and I assemble it by myself. It took me 5 1/2 hours to build it. You can do it less than that if no distraction.
-I thought I was missing the gas connector but its actually hiding inside the actual grill, behind the knobs.
-Instruction was very helpful and easy to follow.
