I finally buckled down and ordered this furniture set! Loved how it looked and was sold by how many people this accommodates. My poor review is for the delivery. Without proof other than photos and my own investigation, FEXED DROPPED a package on my car! I reached out to the seller as they choose their own delivery and heard nothing back. I reached out via their website, same thing. Ironically everything came at once except my fireplace, that came the next day. My speculation is they dropped the fireplace and took it back with them making it seem like it had never been there. They never triggered my ring doorbell to even let me know they showed up, my dog barked. Take caution when getting this delivered park FAR away from your home. Sad you cant trust people to be humane and honest. Installation is very easy, once you do a couple its starts to speed up with repetition.

Overall this is a great patio set. Easy to assemble, the actual foundation of it is great quality. The cushions are comfortable. The only downfall we had was we got the black one and it faded within a month, but the sellers were extremely responsive and easy to work with to correct the problem. Highly recommend this product for building your backyard oasis! My family has used it every day we could since getting it!

I bought my husband a gazebo for our 30th anniversary last November, and got this furniture set for the yard to put in it. Once it was put together, which takes a minimum of 2 people, I found sharp 🪛 screws poking through the weave of the seat of one of the seats. I paid extra for the “furniture cover’s”, just to find out that the fire table came with it’s own cover, so I don’t need the other cover’s. I also ended up with an extra chair back, a chair back cushion and cover, 2 chair cover bottom’s, and some black plastic clamp looking things that I have no idea what they are for.

As I am playing the “back 9” of my life, I have become way more attuned to VALUE vs other metrics (ie price, time, quality, looks, durability…..) The value of this set when propped against the other metrics has a very high ratio in my book ( yet to be published 😃) You can probably find other sets that ping the other metrics more individually but not when you aggregate them against the value for which you receive on this set. We take really good care of our “stuff” so if this even endures for 5 years, it would be money well spent. I suspect it would be much longer but only time will tell! Have fallen asleep on it several times watching TV outside. You can arrange it many ways to fit any configuration within reason. 👍👍👍👍👍

I love my patio set, it was hard trying to figure out how to put it together but once we figured that out, it was easy. I still don’t know if I got the L shape correctly. I wish they had better instructions and more pictures to put together every piece.
