All the features listed are great. It’s easily the most expensive chair I ever own but on the the other hand is easily the most comfortable and featured packed one as well. I’m disabled so I spend most days gaming in a chair. The adjustable head is something I didn’t know I needed in life. It beats putting a pillow behind the head by margins. My neck and shoulders feel amazingly supported. The only thing I wish I could change on the chair would be the foot rest to be a little longer and go a tad higher, then it would be perfect. Nevertheless, all the positives far out weigh this aspect.
One thing that concerns me is most chairs in this class have 10 yr some life time warranties. I found no such warranty information anywhere. Also, one review caught she had a chair with a broken back after less then a year and claims the company won’t respond or fix the issue. In fact, this point alone made me look past this chair. However, they offered me payments so it was my only option.
I hope this chair stands the test of time. A $1,400 chair should last at least 10 years. If this chair breaks in a year or two, bet I’ll be letting everyone know. The fact the chair is made out of wood no matter if it’s reinforced or not further makes me concerned. Aside from these concerns I’d rate the chair at a 9.5, minus .5 for the foot rest not being high or quite long enough. I’d recommend this chair only if you can swallow the no apparent warranty pill.

When the chair arrived it was well packaged and quite heavy; which gave me confidence that not only would it be value for money it should be in good condition. I put it together on my own (although getting it out the box would be easier if there were two of you) with no issues; try and get it situated correctly the first time because, due to its weight, I wouldn’t want to be moving it around the room on my own. The chair is wide, supportive and very comfortable. In the reclined position it is a little longer than the other recliners I have owned, which is ideal for me, as I have suffered from “plantar fasciitis” in the past. I only bought one to determine if it was worth the money – it was! I am looking to move to a bigger home and once that move is complete, I will definitely be buying another. My only complaint is – that when it arrived, it had one very small flaw in the leather but since it was so small and in a place not obviously seen, I held onto the chair – to be honest, I’m not sure what the process would have been to return it, given its weight and the difficulty getting it out of its packaging.

I spend a lot of time on this chair, as I use it in my man cave (gaming, tv, school work). It has become a computer chair in a sense. Anyways, it came in two pieces, the main part and the back. The back slides in and clicks when set. The lights are only blue, with the usb port in the middle of the control panel. It comes with only one table (connects in the silver portion) and the company appears to not sell them individually. The chair is comfortable, but does not fully recline back to a point where you could lay completely down. The leather really is good quality. I read another review that stated the cushions feel like throw pillows, and I have to agree. While its still very comfortable, one thing I realized is that if fully reclined, the head cushion will move up and expose a bar… but this is only sometimes, and it can be remedied by “fluffing” the head rest.

My husband loves the chair. It has lots of fun features, like cupholders, a tray, storage compartments, lights, etc. The chair is big and comfy and very soft, just what he wanted. But CEVA Logistics, the company Amazon hired to deliver it, ignored the instructions that it was to be left on our front porch. They just dumped the huge carton in our driveway and drove off. They didn’t text us or call us about what time the truck was coming, either, even though they had our number. My husband had to drag the carton into our garage so that our homeowners’ association wouldn’t give us grief. There is no way to get anything that large into our house from the garage, because the washer/dryer room is the first room you come to, and it’s a tight squeeze. We complained to Amazon and finally worked our way up to a very smart customer service rep who kept trying to contact CEVA with no luck and finally got permission to reimburse us when we had to hire a local moving company to put the chair on our front porch so that we could get it into the house through the front door. The whole back and forth thing with the Amazon rep took 5 days, but we got reimbursed as promised, and the chair is excellent. It was quite an adventure.

The chair is very well built, not as comfortable as I would have liked. The arm are like a board no padding, compartment are big and deep but they are hard to reach into , you have to lean forward in order to get your hand in there. The seating is also a little stiff could have use some type of pillow top. Maybe this will get softer over time. Light feature is nice just wish there a way to dim it some or leave the cup light on but the floor off. The table featured is kinda nice but make it hard to get out of the chair with it being in the way . One of the nicest things is the neck support. I’m 6′ 2″ 260lbs the chair say for big and tall but my feet still hang over . My wife says I won’t like the chair and I hate to say she right so I am going to keep it after bugging her I want this chair. If your looking for a cool look and something to sit on in your man cave , this could be for you. But if your looking for a recliner to relax and to sit longer in , I say keep looking and let me know when you find one. It is heavy and simple to put together and I am sure it will last a long time since it might not get much use. Now I have to figure out how to find and buy another recliner without the wife saying” I told you so ” my dog likes it no complaint out of her.
