I ordered these pillows for two reasons. One, the price, two they were a set of pillows with pillowcases. Let’s first talk about the pillows. The pillows came rolled up tightly in a vacuum like plastic bag. At first I doubted that they would expand to a queen size pillow. But much to my surprise they plumped up nicely. They’re soft and very comfortable I must say.
Now the pillowcases. Like I said, one of the reasons I purchased them was because it was a complete set. We’ll, no pillowcases were included with my order, so I can’t tell you if they’re nice or not.
I contacted customer service to let them know about it but I couldn’t get past the virtual agent which was totally annoying. I decided to just get a replacement and send the ones I already had back. When I received the new ones, agin there were no pillowcases included. That kind of made me mad.
I feel like I’ve been ripped off. From the packaging you can’t tell there are no pillowcases included. I truly believe the seller does this on purpose and never intended to include them in the first place. You’d think Amazon, who reviews the reviews, would notice how many customers have noted there are no pillowcases included with the order and change the description on the product page omitting the “with pillowcases” part. I paid for a complete set and I didn’t get what I paid for. There’s no resolution available other than to take the time to return them.
So to sum it up, the pillows are great. I would’ve bought them by themselves they’re so nice. However, the absence of the pillowcases, with no solution or compensation for them taints the overall purchase. Therefore only 3 stars.

Do not bypass the instructions. You can’t use the pillows straight out of the box. Take 10 minutes and really fluff them up, it’s changes everything! Once I did that- best pillow ever

I love a soft pillow . Some are too firm but these are just right. I like they fit in pillow cases and that the lip will fit over them without them bulging out. I needed new pillow and was pleased with my choice with these . I will buy again when replacing the others in the house

Was interested in some new pillows and found these. It was a great deal for a two pack of king size pillows so I thought I would try them out.
They shipped and arrived quickly without issue. Pillows were vacuum sealed and were easy to open. They came out clean and with a little fluffing and time puffed right up!
I’m a side slipper and never felt much comfort in just using the pillows with the shoulder cut out. I stacked one of these on top of that one and enjoyed an excellent night of sleep. My alignment was just set perfect with this setup. This luxurious pillow is very soft yet supportive. I continued to try it out for a few more days and I continued to enjoy some much needed quality slept.
I confirmed that it truly made a difference when I had to take a rest in another room of the house, as my husband and I are on different shifts. Could not wait to relax back with my new setup.

Great pillow with a memory foam. Restores original shape very quickly and offers great support for the neck. Woke up in the morning with no neck pain. Very comfortable to sleep. The pillow has a classical shape, without any indents.
