You can’t find a better price for a battery cutter. Especially if you already have dewalt tools and batteries.

I was misled into purchasing this item because the listing stated that dies were included with this expensive tool. Without the dies, the machine is useless. Amazon should know better and correct this misleading listing. If I had known the dies weren’t included, I wouldn’t have made the purchase.

Works great, so far. Cut through 500 KCMIL like butter! Haven’t tried 750 KCMIL, yet… Only dislike, no quick release option. Other than that, pleased with purchase
19 April 2019: We were doing multiple pulls of 750 KCMIL power cable, roughly 8,000ft on 2 spools. Cut through it like butter! Did close to 35 cuts and everything is still great! Just make sure you get a good angle before cutting into the big cables. No sense overworking the tool because you were too lazy to get the tool set properly. Just my 2 cents.

Still going strong on original blade! This tool is an Animal!!! I must confess though, I hadn’t used the tool for a year, broke it out to cut same 4/0 bare cable, for repair work, still cuts like a champ!

I like these better than the husky robo cuts and the milwaukee cable cutters, they are a little heavier but feel and work nicer very smooth operation and fast straight cuts

Great product… I would advise that you use a better system for delivery as leaving a $900 item on a front porch is probably not a good idea… I’ve already had one of these stolen from my front porch
