These are great bar stools. Fairly easy assembly. The ring that connects to the legs is the most difficult part of the install. I recommend starting the bolts with just a few turns, then tighten them once all 4 are installed. A second pair of hand is helpful for this part. The cushions are comfortable, but could be softer. Packaging was great; well protected for shipping.

Very nice looking and comfortable to an extent. Love the swivel,and the foot rest and seat. There are some pitting in the “wood”..few scuffs nbd…but had to return. As nice as it was, the back rest is skinny, putting allot of force right in the center of my spine when try rest back. Needless to say it’s painful on the back. I know most bars stools are not meant to be long seating, but I have a bad back so it’s worse for me. Still, wish it came with a cushioned back.

I needed a stool in my kitchen to use to while sitting at the counters and sinks etc.. The stool needed to be a certain height and width to fit between the counters and center island as well as fit through the doorways and into the pantry and laundry room. I have nerve damage in my legs and spine so standing still in one spot is not possible. I must be able to sit almost immediately when I need to stand still. I’ve been looking for over 3 months at all types of stools and chairs hoping to find a stool that was well built and sturdy and fit my budget. I chose this pub height stool after comparing hundreds of chairs and stools and reading tons of reviews. The main issue with this stool was the height of the seat. I needed a stool with a seat height about midway between the height of the counter stool and pub stool. I just couldn’t find a stool that height. I liked the looks of this one and the reviews were better than most of the others within my budget. I ordered the taller pub stool hoping that the solid wood legs could be shortened to the height that I needed. I asked my brother. He agreed that the legs could be shortened using my table saw so we can get a nice clean cut at the right angle so the legs will fit the stool perfectly. I’ll update this review if we have any problems shortening the legs on this stool’

The box the stool arrives in is very large and heavy. The parts to the stool are very well packed and labelled. I put the stool together myself for the most part. The directions are very good though a little confusing at first. I only needed a little help when attaching the foot rest to the chair legs because I couldn’t hold the foot rest in place, install the screws and then the nuts at the same time. So you may need a helper for that step and possibly tightening all the screws as the end of assembling your stool.

I’m very happy with my new stool! It really looks great in up my kitchen. I love the style, colors the sturdiness of this bar stool. I prefer the woven seat cover instead of the vinyl seat that may crack with use and will stick to your skin when you sit on it for a while.

These are great bar stools and look great. The only minor issue is they do seem top heavy, as other reviews mentioned. I don’t have small children in my home to worry about these falling on them, but I wouldn’t recommend these for homes with small children.

This is a beautiful product. It is solid and very stylish. I appreciate that it also swivels. The fabric appears to be durable. The wood is a dark rich tone. The metal accents complete the industrial feel. Assembly was a bit tricky with the “hoop” that secures the legs into place. Do not tighten the leg screws until you have the hoop screws in place. Unfortunately for us, this stool was not tall enough for our extra tall bar height counter, but we did love them overall. They felt as though they could have easily handled some abuse from our large family and still stood strong.
