I liked both quality and appearance – yet, for me this one did not work as I wanted something semi-permanent that can be screwed to my bike frame. If you don’t, then this one is a great choice. Tried for fitting, and it’s holds a few items, to include my IPhone pro max.

This bag was *almost* perfect in every way. I got the smaller size and its big enough to carry everything I need, including my pretty large phone. Samsung S10. It feels nicely made and it looks good on my bike. It doesn’t rotate side to side while on the top tube. It stays put pretty well.
I had to knock 2 stars off my rating because of functionality/ease of use. This is important… I read this same criticism in someone elses review and I bought the bag anyway. Here’s the problem: When you unzip it, it is VERY hard to zip back up because there is nothing to grab on to for leverage. The zipper goes down around the curved edge of the bag, which is great, but it is so hard to get the zipper back up and around that edge without something to hold the bag straight or steady with. This could easily be fixed if they were to just add some kind of pull tab at the end of the bag.

This top tube bag fit my bike with no problems. I trimmed the excess Velcro straps to fit and they seem to be good quality. The capacity isn’t huge but it suited my needs fine. I would recommend.

I got the smaller size because I have an under-seat bag for bulkier items. The smaller bag looks good on the bike and is fine for a bottle of tire seal, car keys, pepper spray, etc. I really like it. My Canyon bike has tapped rivets for screws on the top bar, so I didn’t need to use the included straps. I just drilled through the bottom of the bag and screwed it down. I’ve seen similar bags sell for two and three times what this one costs. Would buy another.

I was thrilled to finally get this because this type of bag is the only type that can actually fit on my MTB without it getting into the way. I can’t have a saddle bag because I have a dropper, and when I drop my seat all the way, it gets really close to my rear tire, which will then rub when I’m on some narly techincals. Then my bike geometry is in such a way, I can’t put one in the bike triangle….. since my shock gets in the way. Thus, this seemed like the perfect solution. To be honest it mostly works but I do have one gripe…
PROS:
– Large enough to put a ton of things in but not so large that it looks like a hiking back pack.
– Good solid material. Took on rain and mud and it held up.
– Solid velcro straps. They strap and don’t come lose.
CONS:
– This is where I’m bummed. While the straps are great and keep it in place (mostly), the bottom strap, that straps to the top tube is not very well designed. The strap itself simply slides through a couple of slits on the bottom of the bag, which means, it slides around. Even with the strap tight and firm in place, with just enough force, you can shift the bag left / right. I experienced this on every ride thus far where I’d make sudden turns, or quick endo’s , or take really fast burms…. think of the effect of a Centripetal force. So what happens basically is the bag is now greatly shifted to one side off the top tube, which causes to slighly slag downward, which then gets bumped by my knee. Sucky!

Very nice top tube bag for storing phone, wallet or snacks. I bought the large bag and it works well on one bike but is too long for my other bike. The smaller size would have fit both bikes and still be big enough for my needs.

My mountain bike riding has on occasion needed items. Tire fix, occasional maintenance along with the upkeep I do at home after a ride. All of it is important, Bicycles now are sturdy and long lasting; this feature I enjoy to take advantage of. The other day my Markin shifter went out and with the tools I fixed it but at home had to add a special screw. In the past I broke a chain while riding and with my tools was able to do a temporary fix to ride home. this tool bag is convenient location so I can put a rear light for visibility to rear coming traffic. This item/bag does everything that my previous seat bag was able to do. I don’t know yet if it is water proof but it looks as such.
