This light is super bright when it comes to illumination but super dumb when it comes to controls. They give you one button which works well with the part about you focusing on riding your bike and not hitting a tree/stop sign/car/wildlife. But then they decided to give you a ton of various functions that have to be cycled through with that one button. So should the all to likely oopsie happen you will then be strobing that approaching obstacle with various patterns while furiously pushing the little button trying to get it back to just a constant bright light. Twice i have thrown this light at deer in frustration as the flashing just hypnotized them. (The light does make a pretty durable and heavy projectile.)
Aside from the controls shenanigans, i have read a lot of complaints about the heat. But i think if you are actually riding with a decent velocity and you don’t have to touch it, the heat is not really a problem until you have to turn it off. Then you only have to hit that little rubber button avoiding all the surrounding hot metal. Oh, you do have to hit it 10 times to cycle through all the flashy-flashy modes.

Very impressed with this light! I return my previous purchase because it died on me after less than 2 hours and left me totally in the dark. This light lasted 6+ hours on its brightest setting and lets me see a great distance ahead of me. This one is a keeper!

This light set is a dream come true. With summer heat, I have been forced to bicycle at night, so a powerful long lived headlight is an absolute necessity. The intensity and focus of the headlamp is excellent for up to 1/2 mile on the rail trails that I use. The light color is perfect for seeing signs at a distance. I have never stressed the batteries with my 3-6 hour rides.
The tail lamp is bright and has multiple modes. It is visible by others for well over 1/2 mile. More than adequate time and distance for motorists to avoid me on shared routes.
The hardware quality on both is excellent and the mounting hardware well built. Although the kits arrive with support for multiple bikes, I have purchased individual kits for each bike so that there is no swapping and that each bike is always ready to ride.
These lights are an answer to a riders dream!

Quality seems very good. The headlight throws a lot more light than any bike light I’ve owned. I like the feature that allows you to charge other devices (cell phone for example) from its power bank. Back light is pretty standard; time will tell if the rear light rubber mounting strap holds up.

Very bright, like the multiple settings. (Well, SOS option doesn’t make much sense.) Use on high for multiple rides between charges and haven’t had issue with battery life. Easy to remove and adjust beam location. Holds position well.
If it had a helmet mount option, I’d buy another.
