This is a fantastic product- on the drawing board.
It’s way too difficult/costly to master- you’ll run through a bunch of CO2 cylinders just to get the finicky technique right. And even then it can be hit or miss in the field. As well, and I suppose it should be expected, don’t expect to be able to save the contents of a partially used CO2 cylinder- it’ll leak out fairly quickly even when screwed properly into the body of the inflator and the inflator turned off fully.
Oh and one other thing- make sure your presta value core is in tight before using this tool. Otherwise, this thing will take the core with it when you unscrew the inflator from the value.

I believe the unit I received is broken, it leaks badly when used in presta mode. Screw the fill down on the presta and moving the pump slightly air begins to leak out the opposite side of the fill where the snap ring is. You can fill up to about ~50 psi then it just starts blowing off, the head freezes from escaped co2, and by the time you have it unscrewed enough to stop the presta you have wasted a great deal of pressure. At roughly $2.00 a cartridge you are just throwing money away.

First time i used it the circlip holding the valve in came off. I replaced it and it blew the tyre up ok BUT the pressure gauge read 40psi when not in use – rubbish product great idea

Brilliant bit of kit. With this, some co2 cartridges and a puncture repair kit with me I’m gonna be very comfortable going all the way to Greece next month!!!

This is way too “complicated” for using on the go. I also hate the PDW doesn’t provide ties or holsters for any of their products.
